Thing works great. Says it can only handle 350 ft.² but I have it in the basement and of course it’s much cooler down there and the basement is probably 800 ft.² and it’s doing a great job nice and cold. It’s quiet it shuts off when it gets to temperature so it’s not constantly running like my old one really good purchase really good price.

A little noisy. Plus 10,000 BTU didn’t get my 12x15 living room below 78 degrees after 3 days set at 72. Never met temperature. In hindsight I would have gone with a window unit. It was only for temporary use until my heat pump was replaced.

I ended up with this little fella because frankly it was one of the only units actually locally available that purported to cool more than 200 square feet. But it’s done a great job! Kept the main living area of my 400 sq/ft apartment nice and cool during our summer nightmare weather. I set the timer to come on early afternoon for my cat while I’m at work, which is a nice feature. The dehumidifier mode is loud but the regular cooling feature is pretty tame, and that’s what I use anyway. One drawback is the weight. I’m decently strong so I was able to get it up the flight of stairs to my apartment, but this thing was harder to move than the portable washing machine I bought. Just something to keep in mind if you’re on your own and have like 20 stairs to summit. It was easy to set up. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with it!

I was a bit skeptical of this product when it first arrived as I have tried multiple air conditioning systems in the past. But as soon as the product arrived, it was very easy and straightforward to use. I put this thing on for 30 minutes and it simply cooled down the entire room. Highly recommend this product! How do

I bought this to help keep my mobile home cool on super hot days. Set this thing up and within an hour my home had cooled 5 degrees. So far 11/10. It is a little noisy but I can get past that.

This is the easiest air-conditioning unit ive ever used. The best feature is also the fact you can move from one room to another. So for me i work from home, use this during work if needed. Then at night if daughters room needs some cooling i wheel it on over. The only thing that drives me a little bonkers is that when a room gets to the set desired temperature the whole unit shuts down. So every 10 or so minutes it will kick back on and i dont think you can adjust it.

Easy install. Bought for 360 sq ft travel trailer. Runs quiet, cools down rear bedroom with ease and makes the rest of the trailer comfy. Can still turn on the big roof top unit that came on the trailer if needed. This portable unit is easier to operate and uses less power. The trailer is for primary living hence economy and creature comfort is paramount. Would recommend. Buy a slightly larger unit than you need to make it's job very efficient.

Happy with unit. Size fits nicely in room. Remote is great. Not as cumbersome as a window unit. Allows light in.

This thing was a life saver, our AC went out just before a California heatwave! While we were gathering quotes and a vacation In between, we bought this from Best Buy, we had it in the master bedroom so we could get some sleep at night. We were without AC for a total of 5 weeks by the time we got all our quotes and scheduled a day for installation, we would never had made it 5 weeks without this awesome until! I highly recommend it!

A really good air conditioner. Will cool a small room easily, the included braces to secure it in a window will not work in larger windows however so be aware of that.

It’s running cool, a little bit noisy on compressor but acceptable, overall it’s a good quality ac.

Very portable and quite quiet. It does a great job of cooling a room. The hose is not that long so if the window is high you may not be able to use it

If you have a short room, I’m in the room so I just small then this air-conditioning is for you but if you have a big room, then you should go for a better one which will provide more power

Very easy to set up in the home. Started working immediately and was able to cool the room off quickly. It actually made me feel chilly that night.

Very loud! Works well but after awhile it loses its cooling abilities. Its not as strong as it once was!

Sleek, stylish portable AC that you can move from room to room - doesn't take up much space. Cools a room quickly - I highly recommend this product.

Warmer temperatures made it necessary to buy one however when we brought it home it made some noises. Thankfully Best Buy was able to make arrangements to send a new one out and get it swapped.

It works great! I use it upstairs in my apartment as my air conditioner doesn’t cool off my bedroom. It’s a little noisy but it works as it sounds like white noise and puts me to sleep
