    They say third times the Charmed not in this case the first two came damaged from Shipping had to send them back tried one more time this one arrived perfectly so I put it in the window threw away the Box only to find out the heat does not work waste of money

      We are sorry to hear your unit is not working properly and can understand your frustration. We recommend reviewing the user’s manual troubleshooting section (page 16) under section "Air conditioner does not warm as it should " which can be found on the website. While this AC Unit has a 1-year limited warranty, we do not service this model.
