    As far as cooling this AC is great but its loud, the wifi and Bluetooth feature are the worst, you have to wait almost a minute for the status before you can do anything and half the time you turn it on its already on a different setting, very annoying. Im returning my tomorrow.

    Works great! Only issue is there is no part number on the remote or in the manual. Our dog chewed it, it still works, but I wanted to buy a replacement. I have yet to find a replacement that list our model of A.C..

    I purchased this unit for my office, and while it cranks out fantastic amounts of crisp and cool air, it’s noisy as hell. I’m keeping it because I’m too lazy to swap it out for another.

    Air conditioner is quiet which is very important to me. I had bad luck with the first but urge you to buy an extended warranty. Has many "modes" to choose. Overall, I highly recommend

    Good ac but there are others better,especially when the diffuser only blows in one direction.also the app for the ac is trash you have to clicks button multiple time or even sometimes throw at the app and hope it’ll work again
