    Profuct lasted 3 weeks. The store would not take back and GE told me to purchase another one then send néw receipt with the rebate form they sent me snd. In 8 weeks i would get a refund . Thr new one was on sale but they said they would only refund me the new sale price and not the price i paid for defective one . I purchased new one thinking i would get my original money back. Scam. They didn’t honor the warranty snd i have filed a complaint wiyh bbb snd attorney general. Do not buy GE or anything from this store. I also brought the new one back unopened with straps, staples and tspe still intact snd yhe guy at register started picking at tape and asking me more than once if i opened box. The giant copper staples were still in box . Scam artists

      Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. If you’re noticing inconsistent cooling, you may want to check whether Eco Mode is enabled, as in this mode the fan will cycle on and off with the compressor. This may result in wider variations of room temperature. Note that the fan may continue to run for a short time or may pulse intermittently after the compressor cycles off to sample the room air. -- Also, keep in mind that Fan Only mode provides air movement without active cooling.     I would rate it a lot higher if the ac and my house thermostat agreed on what the temp is in the room. The ac thinks it is 64 and switches into fan mode when on auto, the house thinks it is still 68 when it Does that
