    This AC only lasted one summer really cool and working good and the next summer it barely cools the room. It was fairly cool before the warranty expired and after it did it doesn’t cool at all. Just runs. It is sad how cheap and low quality they make these now. They want us to purchase a new one every summer. Please save your money and buy a different brand.

    Compressor died after 25 months. Never could figure out how to work the wi-fi. Good unit while it worked.

If your air conditioner isn’t performing properly, the Troubleshooting Tips on page 14 of the Owner’s Manual offer helpful steps for resolving common issues. The Owner’s Manual can be accessed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page at Best Buy. -- If the issue continues and you’re still within your 1-year warranty period, warranty exchange details are available on page 17 of the Owner’s Manual.
