Working wonderfully.the unit is simple to operate easy controls on the remote cools room down effectively.

It really helps during these very hot and humid nights. Even though we have in home air conditioning....the upstairs is much hotter and humid. Using this has made sleeping so much better!

The ac went out in the hot part of summer and got this to help till it was repaired and it has worked great. No issues. Keep the living room and dining room cold

Like that this is pretty quiet - much nicer than the last a/c we had in the same spot. The front strip with the electric power buttons is not fully adhered and flips out (not easy to fix) from the get go - but it's pretty heavy and it's three floors up w no elevator so we'll keep. So decent enough and price was not bad.

I’m actually amazed on how cold it gets. I really love the Wi-Fi feature and I recommend for anyone who is trying to cool a medium size room

This unit we had set in our Sunroom window. Not only did it keep the sunroom cool - but cooled off the entire home. We barely had to turn on our home AC unit to cool off the remainder of the home in temperatures of 78 plus. This little unit is powerful! And I can manage it from my phone - no need to get out of bed if you forgot to turn off the window AC unit!!! Highly recommend this unit and the cost has not increased our energy bill if anything it has gone down.

Perfect for my medium sized bedroom that I use for my office and gym. It cools the entire room in about 10-20 mins and is easy to set up.

At the beginning it was a little anoying to get used to it but it was best best unit i had in a while for the room it keeps the room cool. Light weight too.

Cannot recommend this window unit enough! Our AC took almost a month to repair in the middle of summer in the south, and this window unit was the MVP. We set it up in our bedroom and it easily held the temperature around 74 degrees (before we installed this, the room was over 90 degrees). It ran almost constantly with no problems. Other reviews say it’s quiet, but I found it to be pretty loud. Not enough to keep me from sleeping, and it was definitely worth it for the cooling power, but it’s a loud rattle. Overall, 10/10 would recommend!

This air conditioner is very efficient and effective. It's able to cool the hottest room down with ease. The controls and settings are very easy to use and the remote is a nice bonus. Would recommend.

Cools my room in less than 15 minutes on the lowest setting. I replaced my 20+ year old AC and never realized how much money i wasted for almost no cooling. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new unit. The mobile app is also convenient to turn on unit while away from home, letting me come home to a cool home without wasting electricity.
