Great quality air conditioner. Very quiet. Remote control ia great. Cools the room almost immediately.

This is a fairly decent A/C unit for the price. I needed something above 5k BTUs for my living room. Also, I have a restriction since I am in a NYC apartment with two windows over a fire escape. The Department of Buildings say that the unit can not protrude more than 6 inches from the window frame, so this unit did the trick. Great price for the BTUs that it puts out. The negative that I have is that the vents don't direct the air anywhere but in front of the unit. Adjusting the vents up or down, left or right won't change the fact that the air blows straight out. All the time. Get some fans to redirect the air through your apartment if you need to!

Cools room nicely and noise levels are not bad. The Wi-Fi feature is a nice addition which works well.

We live in Oregon and if you see the news you know that we have been having record heats in the triple digits, as high as 116 degrees. We do not have A/C as most homes here. We bought this when the temps started climbing. My husband installed it and it was running within 30 minutes. The only thing I can say is what a lifesaver. Our living room is nice and cool. The cost was affordable and we are thing of buying a few more for our house,

This unit was easy to install, and pretty simple to set up via WiFi as well. It's blowing cold air and I have no complaints.

Bought for my bedroom and wasn't sure what window Ac to buy, read the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. I have always had portable ac units so I was unsure what to get. This smart ac surprised me, not only does it cool well it get too cold sometimes and I live in Hawaii. Love the app, able to see how much energy I am using and set it ti turn on 20 mins before I get home. Glad I wought it and it was super easy to setup.

This is a pretty solid AC although I don't know if it's strong enough to handle 350 square feet. We have it in a narrow living room dining room about 12 by 30. It only really cools 2/3 of the room but it's basically good enough. It cools the whole room somewhat but you definitely feel the cold air on one side of the room and its warmer on the opposite. We should probably put one on the other side of the room but we don't want to overload the house's electricity or put an AC in first floor of front of house for security reasons. We also have one in an upstairs loft room that has a lot of nooks and crannies. the room isn't huge maybe 10 by 14 but then theres a staircase that leads downstairs without a door and an extended part so there's extra space that cold air dissipates to. It struggles to keep that space cool when it's hot. We probably need a 10 or 12 K BTU up there because of the irregular configuration of the space. This is probably the size most people are going to need. You can get away with a 6000 BTU in a small-medium sized room but 8000 good for any medium sized room. I don't use any of the advanced features. I just turn it on and off with the button. It's not a big deal. The design is pretty cool and install pretty simple.

Bought this for my bedroom. The noise is very minimal and upon turning it on the room is cold within 20 minutes. My room is about 300sqft. Installing was fairly simple considering the weight.

Purchased two months ago and it’s running great! It cools my apartment and I like how it auto cycles to maintain the set room temperature. I love the app it is easy to install and user friendly. I really like the option of controlling the temperature from anywhere especially since I have a senior dog at home. With the temperatures fluctuating it gives me peace of mind that my pup will stay cool and comfortable while I am away.

Best part was that it worked!!! It was fairly light and definitely easy to install (for two old people). It keeps the room nice and cold, not chilly. It is on the South side of the house, so it has to work hard and we are thrilled with it. Been installed for a month now, and we are happy.

This Ac is amazing plus it is easy to use. I live in an studio and it works amazin ny studio is huge around 3 rooms.

I've been super satisfied with my air conditioner purchase, using it to cool my 13 by 13.5 bedroom with no troubles at all. Keeps things very cool and the eco mode is great for keeping the room at a steady temperature, to be set by you for your own convenience. I loved using the app when I first got the air conditioner but about a month or two after my purchase, the app would no longer connect to the unit and despite following instructions on multiple forums I was unable to reconnect to it. Despite that, using the remote that comes included is good enough for me and the AC itself is great!

This unit was simple to install and works great! I understand how some people can say it may be “noisy” as it gets louder when compressor kicks in but Im used to “noise” at night and I’d rather have a little noise than suffer in the heat of Florida. I rate this unit a 5 star because it keeps room cool and I have just set it and forget it, no adjusting needed. Am very happy with it!

Not only modern and sleek looking, it’s pretty quiet and cools my room nicely. It also does a good job to cool my whole 500 sf apartment that’s on the top floor. I only need to turn on my living room AC sometimes for a few hours during the afternoon when the heat is at peak. Hopefully it will last at least a few years. I’ve been running it nonstop the past month in the NYC heat and humidity.

I have a small 1 bedroom apartment and it cools the whole apartment! I put it on eco mode set the temperature and never have to worry. I have not used the WiFi aspect yet as I just use eco mode but I’m sure that it’s probably awesome!

Set up was easy. Cooled my room fast. It's easy to add the smart capabilities to HomeKit. There will be an update thats needed so the easiest way to accomplish easy set up is... 1. Use the GE app for first set up 2. Do the update from the GE app 3. Add to HomeKit from the home app (the code is on the right side of the unit)
