Really cools down the area and uses minimal power. Very easy to install. Make sure you purchase a long rod or custom cut a board to leverage the unit in a window. Also, invest in a long enough extension cord thelat can handle the amps.

Powerful air conditioner

And the ability to control it from your phone is fantastic, either while you're out or when you're too lazy to reach for the remote. It's a little hard to replace the front cover after cleaning the filter, but overall this is a great air conditioner for larger spaces!

We purchased 2 of these and they cool down our small house quickly - one upstairs and one downstairs for a 900 sq ft house. A bit cumbersome to install, but we've never had a window AC that isn't. The wifi feature is a nice addition and so far there's been no issues with the app.

Would be better to get a bigger one for a larger area when it’s around 85+ Degrees and you want it cold. But that temperature rare in seattle so it is a great fit for me personally, as it keeps my 750 sq ft condo cool enough on scorchers. Good app

The smart phone app is also also a big plus in this price range, and it was not difficult to set up. The unit is not silent, but it's reasonably quiet. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

What a difference. We have had 105 F temps for over a month and it keeps our 2 car garage a cool 75!!!!! Have not used the remote yet.

Love the size , it looks small compared to all the other A/C’s I’ve seen in the neighborhood. I haven’t tried the WiFi part cause it’s not that necessary especially with how fast it cools. Good buy and I hope it lasts. So far holding up even after some idiot hit it with a I’m guessing was a bat.

Quickly Cools but is Noisy

The remote control is nice to have and I am looking forward to use the app so I could turn it on remotely before I head home. The reason I have not had to do that because it cools the place pretty quickly. Negatives: The unit is loud and makes noises like something is loose inside, plus a gurgling water sound, this is why I rated it lower. This is my first window AC unit I have ever owned, so that is where my perspective is coming from. So maybe the noise is normal. Hopefully it will last a long time.
