A little noisy, but it works very well. Cools the room in a matter of seconds. And the Wi-Fi feature took a bit to set up, but it works great. I would highly recommend this Air Conditioner.

This window unit works like a charm. I bought it when the compressor went out on my home unit and needed to stay chill. It worked perfectly. Kept the room a solid 67°f. The WiFi features works perfectly as well. Not hard to set up at all. Overall great purchase.

It does a good job cooling the room, and the wifi feature is nice, but it is way too loud for me to comfortably sleep with it on. Thankfully in CA our nights get cool, but if you're in an area with hot nights, this may not be right for you to have where you sleep.

This unit makes my room fresh within 15 minutes, I have a 15x15 room . Eco mode keeps at perfect temp you'd prefer. Impressive coolness with this 8,000 btu unit. Very affordable by the way !

One of the best window a/c cooling system in the market. Unit keeps our master bedroom cool at 72 every night. For 279 its a price you cant beat for a wifi enable a/c system

To start only had 2 months but love it so far. Stuck a 1”x1”x24” wooden bar that fits perfectly in the bracket, and used that to mount in casement window, along with a self cut piece of plexiglass and the sticky foam stuff it comes with made a great seal. The app works great for me, no issues and use it all the time, the auto feature in eco mode is great, though i will say it seems to be a degree or 2 off the real rooms temp so i do have to set 1/2 degrees low to make it spot on. So far even on a 85 degree day it was able to keep a 11x14ft room and attached bathroom 65 degrees (while at the lowest 64 degrees). Saw reviews so bad it made me get the 2 year warranty, though i know every product has bad reviews. So far im happier with this then my $600 portable A/C. BUT my $600 one lasted about 10 years and though weaker towards the end i only stopped using cause it took up to much floor space and i discovered mold inside i didn't want to clean. Doubt this one will last that long but we will see.

I'm very happy with this purchase! Coolest Air conditioner I've ever purchased! Remote control is so convenient and I can control my A/C through my phone with the G.E. app.

Great produce easy set up. The air blowing out is so cold. WiFi enabled is such a big help, I am able to control the temperature when I’m away from home. I definitely recommend purchasing it.

Works as advertised. Also works with apple home, so if you have an apple homepod you can turn off/on, and adjust the settings by just talking to siri, which is super lovely. It's also a nice first step in making your home a smart home. Also super cold, and very easy to set up.

Perfect size AC for the room where I wanted it in. It was very easy to mount on the wall. The instructions were super easy that my teenager installed and set it up himself.

I hate reading reviews where people give few stars based on delivery time or a bad experience with a customer service person... although I think it's worth mentioning. My unit came about a week later than expected, but was due to UPS not Best Buy. The unit was dented slightly, but only was cosmetic and didn't seem to affect the functionality of it. The reason for the lost star is because of the LED display, which turns off after a few seconds, so in a dark room you cannot see the mode, fan speed, or temp... which isn't a huge deal, but is annoying when I look at it when in bed at night an not sure how many times to push the button on the remote. Other than that, it works well, looks good, and I do love the remote control feature.

Needed a new AC, this one does wonders. I love the modern design & easy installation. Only downfall is that smart feature, the app doesn’t connect to AC properly, app has 1.5 rating in app store for a reason loll.

Can't go wrong with a GE air conditoner. Purchased it this summer and so far it has been working great, especially during recent heatwaves. It is also super quiet compared to older air conditoners. Very pleased with my purchase.

This AC was such a great buy. I love the smart features and the app where you can turn it off and on, change temperature and more. And it is not noisy at all. I place this in the bedroom of my apartment in NY and if I keep the door open, it actually cools my entire apartment. Great great buy

AC blows cold air beautifully but is very loud at times. It helps if you angle the AC upward with the back part down a bit. If the AC is almost facing the floor it will be loader then a lawnmower. Wi-Fi and controller are fine. Overall it’s average but if you like it super quiet this is not for you. If you like ASMR like noises to fall asleep then why not ?
