I’ve had this air conditioner for almost a month and I’m impressed! It cools my room pretty quickly and stay cool. I personally like that it has an eco setting that I can use when I’m not home!

I bought it a few years back and it works as its brand new. With the app, it is easy to control it. You have the option of starting it before you get home so its cool when you come home. It fits perfectly in a NYC apartment window and its easy to install. The filter is easy to wash and reattach. I would highly recommend it!

Can't go wrong with a GE air conditoner. Purchased it this summer and so far it has been working great, especially during recent heatwaves. It is also super quiet compared to older air conditoners. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great produce easy set up. The air blowing out is so cold. WiFi enabled is such a big help, I am able to control the temperature when I’m away from home. I definitely recommend purchasing it.

Works as advertised. Also works with apple home, so if you have an apple homepod you can turn off/on, and adjust the settings by just talking to siri, which is super lovely. It's also a nice first step in making your home a smart home. Also super cold, and very easy to set up.

One of the best purchases I've made in my lifetime. I bought it two years ago and it's still going strong. I have it in my bedroom and it keeps my bedroom very cool and I leave my door open and it cools down most of the rest of the 565 ft house.

Excellent product for the price! It connects to wifi and has a remote control. Multiple functions to adjust to just the right temperature and fan speed. Absolutely recommend this product for any area in your home

I hate reading reviews where people give few stars based on delivery time or a bad experience with a customer service person... although I think it's worth mentioning. My unit came about a week later than expected, but was due to UPS not Best Buy. The unit was dented slightly, but only was cosmetic and didn't seem to affect the functionality of it. The reason for the lost star is because of the LED display, which turns off after a few seconds, so in a dark room you cannot see the mode, fan speed, or temp... which isn't a huge deal, but is annoying when I look at it when in bed at night an not sure how many times to push the button on the remote. Other than that, it works well, looks good, and I do love the remote control feature.

This AC was such a great buy. I love the smart features and the app where you can turn it off and on, change temperature and more. And it is not noisy at all. I place this in the bedroom of my apartment in NY and if I keep the door open, it actually cools my entire apartment. Great great buy

Needed a new AC, this one does wonders. I love the modern design & easy installation. Only downfall is that smart feature, the app doesn’t connect to AC properly, app has 1.5 rating in app store for a reason loll.

Keeping me cool. Easy to install and relatively quiet. Covers my small dining room and living room and makes the kitchen which is through a doorway bearable in the upper 90's outside. So far I am happy with my purchase.

I know its just a window ac but I love this thing. Recently replaced the one I had for 10 years. This one is quieter,and cools the room down quickly. Added bonus,I can turn it on when im not even home with the app

This was air conditioner was a breeze to install, and has a remote control. It also features an eco setting which saves electricity and goes off when the desired temperature is reached. Highly recommended! The Multiple fan speeds are also a plus. Best room air conditioner I've bought to date. Love it!

The AC air condition does a perfect job in the room best thing about it it has Wi-Fi. I can turn it on and off on my phone wherever I’m at love it.

Runs quiet, takes a few minutes to get good and cold, but overall is a good little A/C unit

The air conditioner is not that noisy. The plus thing is it comes with most of the insulation you need to install. It lost one star because of odd energy efficiency rule in the manual. It states,"removal of the drain plug will decrease the units efficiency ". I don't know how much it decreases so that eer chart just goes right out the door. In case you don't know, if you install the air conditioner anywhere other than the first floor it is difficult to access the drain plug especially when the unit starts to overflow with water. All a/c should be rated with no drain plug for more realistic eer. Overall, it's still a good buy.
