One of the best purchases I've made in my lifetime. I bought it two years ago and it's still going strong. I have it in my bedroom and it keeps my bedroom very cool and I leave my door open and it cools down most of the rest of the 565 ft house.

Very satisfied with this air conditioner. Very quiet. Has a remote and turns on and off automatically when temperature changes. Also has the features where you can turn it on and off by your phone. Very good value for the money. Would purchase again.

good! Im surprise it doesn’t look so bigg, it looks average/ small and not bulky. Love it, it Cooled off my room pretty good! 9/10 yes. Maybe 10/10.

Awesome window unit. This was a new purchase upgrade from a 5,000 BTU we had in an upstairs bedroom window. Utilizing this new unit along with the whole home central air has really helped this summer of 2023 with temps exceeding 100 degrees for weeks at a time. Great product made by a reputable company. Really enjoy being able to control the unit from an app on my phone. Really helps when I’m wanting to cool the room even further after dinner time for a pleasant nights sleep. Have owned and operated for three months now.

I received this on July 2. On July 19 it started icing up real bad and had a lot of trouble working properly. I will say before it started icing up it worked real nice. It looks nice too and installs easy. Anyhow, GE told me they could not do anything because I bought it less than 90 days ago, Best Buy had to take care of it. Best Buy only gives a 15 DAY return availability. So...I was 2 days outside of the return time. Best Buy said they are going to repair it for me. I guess we will see.

Although I don't use the "smart" features this air conditioner is light, easy to set up, and cools the entire first floor of our home (approx. 1000 sq. ft. The filter is easy to remove and clean and the thermostatic control seems to be fairly accurate.

Great makes the room cold fast. It’s not loud and I love that the lights dim so it won’t be on while the ac is in . I love the control the ac with my phone

Very easy to install. Works great! I like the fact that it works on wifi and has an app. I bought it for the man cave in my garage.

I bought this air conditioner about a month ago. I am happy with the purchase and the air conditioner is really good. Pros: the AC works with Alexa and through GE applications. The air conditioner is very quiet. Beautiful design and very easy to install. Cons: Very weak. That's why I put 4 stars. It is said to work well in rooms up to 350 feet, my room is 240 and unfortunately not enough. On very hot days, the air conditioner reduced the temperature in the apartment by only 4 degrees.

I got the 350 sqft version of this model around 2 years ago. Not only is it still working, its still like new. I take my AC out of my windows every fall, and others who do the same know that there's a chance of mold growing inside the AC depending on how it's stored. I have not had this problem in over 3 seasons of use for this. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The smart features are cool and help me keep on top of the energy consumption of the AC and schedule different routines it automatically goes through during the day.

The air conditioner, cools fine, and the noise level is great but the Wi-Fi features on this unit did not work no matter what. I called customer support for the manufacturer. They cannot help me fix this feature. Said someone from their team would contact me for a possible solution, but no one ever did.

Very efficient and excellent cooling for a very reasonable price

My favorite part about this unit, besides the fact that it freezes my room pretty quickly, is the wifi accessory! I can turn it on when I’m out and come back to a cold room, or turn it off while I’m out in case I forget to. Love it!

Very Pleased With my GE 8000 btu AC purchase. Installation was easy and all that was needed to insulate was right in the box. AC cooled my large living room, kitchen,dining room and hall. Will purchase a 5000 btu for my bedroom next.

We’ve had the 550 sq. Ft unit for over a year and it has done an outstanding job. Easy to setup and use. The ability to control the unit from the app from wherever you are is great. My oldest kids old AC died and so I knew right away what I wanted to buy. We just needed a smaller unit since it’s just for a smaller room. It does an excellent job keeping the room cool, plus I can monitor and change settings since he often forgets to turn it off when he leaves, even if I’m at work. Highly recommended.

Excellent air conditioner for the price. I love the remote control and the fact that I can use my smart phone to program settings. Easily cools my entire bedroom.

Just what I needed when my home A/C broke during the hottest days of this year! Bought this for the MB and it worked perfectly. Not too loud and easy to adjust. Happy with the purchase. Also the Best Buy price was the best.
