Works well. Has great options like Wi-Fi capability, remote control and an eco mode to save money. Cools quickly and efficiently. Very easy to install. It is a little noisy though.

Great Air Conditioner! I bought this for my sons’ room and it works nicely. It cools off the room quickly. I love that it is WiFi enabled which allows me to control it from anywhere using the app. I highly recommend this product!

I bought this to cool a FROG and it works and cools great!! Quiet too. I have not used the Bluetooth/WIFI features yet, but may in the future. My room size is 24 x 12 and this unit cools it's perfectly and quickly.

Very efficient and excellent cooling for a very reasonable price

One of the best purchases I've made in my lifetime. I bought it two years ago and it's still going strong. I have it in my bedroom and it keeps my bedroom very cool and I leave my door open and it cools down most of the rest of the 565 ft house.

I love this air conditioner. It may be small but it works very well. The WiFi and Away From Home settings are both very useful. The guys that installed it also did a wonderful job.

The air conditioner is definitely good. It cools down where & how it should. But to be honest now knowing the size of my livingroom (192 sf) i would've gotten a bigger one. I like the remote and ease of use.

The main feature I really liked was being able to monitor the AC via the phone app. If you have teens that like to mess with the thermostat / temperature - you'll appreciate it too lol. I do have a regular / non-smart AC with the same number of BTUs used in another area. That one is an ultra quiet unit and sold as such. So when we installed this one and fired it up - I was initially surprised by how loud it is in comparison. Certainly not a deal breaker but worth mentioning.

It awesome really easy to set up and totally worth thr price. I did had a problem to get it connect with the wifi. But other than that everything works great and it colds really fast.

Wife and I are using the garage as an office. Garage has a window in the back corner. This unit works well enough to make the garage comfortable. The added wifi makes it easier to use with smart devices and to set schedules. Solid purchase.

Using it a month now. Wifi app is handy when I'm too lazy to get up and change the settings. Nice to turn on before I'm home. My small issue is that I need to tilt it a bit more. I had a water balance tool that shows an incline but it's not enough so I need to put wood blocks under the front of the unit (inside of the window).

When it worked it worked well. However it completely died right before it made a year. Apparently it’s an issue with the manufactures, the motherboard fries out. I was just too busy and didn’t have the time to call the company and complain. I ended up just buying some thing from Another brand. Save your time and money

1 night so far and it is icey cold and easy to set up, comes with all sorts of foam for blocking spaces. Easy remote to figure out I doubt i'll use the app. Not whisper quiet but not loud and obnoxious either
