Well worth the money cools off my bedroom within minutes.. and I love the WiFi function it’s the best.

It cools down my upstairs room (always gets 20-30 degrees hotter than the rest of my house) in about 15 mins. Helps keep the whole room cold. The smart Wi-Fi feature works really well and I haven’t had any issues with that yet.

It was easy to find everything I was looking for because the store was clean, organized, and stocked well. When I went to be checked out I received assistance with the a/c like getting it to the register and getting it to the vehicle. Everyone here was very kind and professional. This item had work very well within the few weeks after my purchase/installation & hasn’t been a crazy add on to my electricity bill as it is energy efficient.

It cools our room so darn well and it cools a portion of our upstairs with out doors open. My husband likes to keep the room cold at night to sleep and since I purchased it. He gets some of the best sleep ever. Quick and easy to assemble and it’s so great using the app to manage and control it. Plus it lets you know when to clean the filter and if it needs maintenance. Just perfect. I recommend this and purchased another similar for my dad

I live in coastal GA, so it’s extremely hot & humid. This unit was absolutely fantastic when it worked. While only rated for 350sqft, it comfortably cooled 600-700sqft of living room / kitchen space. Originally planned on adding another unit for the kitchen but it was unnecessary since this unit did such a great job. It was exceptional at keeping the humidity down. It had no problem moving air. We did keep it on 64 degrees, high fan, 24/7. Noise was reasonable, wasn’t any louder than a typical central air system. Didn’t even notice a change in the power bill even though it replaced a smaller GE 5,000 BTU 150sqft unit. Unfortunately I bought it two months ago to the day, and now there is no power to the circuit board. Confirmed I have power at the plug. I liked it so much I bought the 250sqft unit to replace the old, old unit in my master bedroom. Now, I’m super nervous and considering returning it while still within the BB 15 day return period. It’s a shame, it really exceeded expectations until it quit working today. I guess I’m about to start the warrant process. Wish me luck. If you do decide to purchase, don’t be like me and wave off the Best Buy extended warranty. Absolutely, positively purchase it. It’s not about recouping the money so much as being able to immediately rectify the problem, especially living in a hot & humid climate.

Great ac! I was afraid at first to purchase this brand because I saw some reviews but I gave it the try and let me tell you, the app is great, and on top of that my room is cold in less then an hour! It’s amazing!

Was good for like 2 years, then started molding im pretty sure and was leaving a bad stench in my room and making me sick so i had to take out window and throw out. Overall good AC though, suppose to take out when winter starts every year but I was lazy and left it in that's my fault. Gets room cold very quick if small room because high power. I recommend it, just take out every year when out of season.

I bought the 8000 BTU air conditioner to cool my relatively small office. It qualifies for a nice Energy Smart MassSave Energy rebate. It took a couple of hours to unbox & install with the smart connection to my Alexa system. That worked, but the air conditioner would never turn off no matter the temperature setting. After a long wait for GE phone support, I was told 'RTV:' Return to Vendor. BestBuy was great, giving me a new unit that works and at a new sale price. While it cools the room nicely, it is too noisy. I've taken to wearing my noise-cancelling earphones while it runs. I turn it off for Zoom meetings and phone calls. I own 2 other larger GE smart AC's, and this is the noisiest.

Relatively quiet and works extremely well! Cools the entire 1st floor of my duplex! Even while cooking, this AC keeps the house cool.
