Cools quick and love having it connected to WiFi for control even if away from home. Only issue is that I have it connected to HomeKit and for some reason HomeKit tells me there’s an update while the GE app tells me otherwise, and the instructions weren’t exactly straightforward. At the end of the day I would definitely recommend thus unit.

Fonts forget to read the institutions. There’s a plug you should pull out to drain all of the water. If you leave it out you will hear the AC unit more.

Best window ac we've had

It takes about half an hour to really get the room cool. But we have a big living room. It's bigger then the room size for the box. But I live in a very old farmhouse with little windows. This window ac is the biggest one we can get that will fit. That being said. It still cools down the living room pretty fast, all things considering. We are very happy with it.

And I have found that the main reason for this product to get 1 star on the reviews is precisely this, and the a/c stopping working due to an error caused for this., so I just refrained of using this feature. And works great, I use it to cool 4 little 10x10 rooms and it's keeping up to the task on the blazing heat of San Antonio, TX
