Easy to install. Very heavy and loud. Like the wifi option to turn on and off when away from home.

The air conditioner was in very good condition and worked well. I liked the feature about the app that works with it. I can turn it on before coming home so that the room is cooled already by the time I get in my house. Also it has great temperature control and really low noise.

Love this Window Unit! Keeps my room cold and even connected it to my google home to control the temps directly by voice and even from my phone no matter where i am :) also helps to make sure my fur babies are not too hot or too cold while im away at work !

it's been a month and still works great. I used it on the whole since wall AC won't fit the hole so I look for window AC because there's lots of small sizes. Everythings doing welll. Let see how long it would last.

I needed to find a unit to fit a narrow window opening, but cool a larger area. It does its job. I have it taking the edge off of a 730 sq ft area in an older house. No complaints. Wifi is a nice feature. We were returning from vacation last week and the house was 86 degrees. I turned it on and set the temp on our way home. I'm sure it is great for a 350 sq ft room.

Loved it during the 11 months that it lasted. Easy to adjust from my cell phone when I’m at work 40 miles away and my dogs are in the house alone. The control panel went out at exactly 11 months old, but GE customer service has been great and they are replacing the whole unit since it’s so new and there aren’t replacement parts available yet. I’m happy to replace with the same one since I do really like it and it works great.

8000 BTU's is a nice size that not many other manufacturers are doing. But the poor articulation on the output vents is a bummer on a top brand, energy star, WiFi enabled A/C. No matter where I set the vents, cool air always favors the right side of the unit. Much quieter than my old AC! The IOS app needs work, but overall I am happy with it.

This unit was a life saver! when our home A/C went down, we used this unit too cool down our living room/dining room combo “ roughly 400 ft.² “ and with the addition of a box fan it cool the room to any temp we asked it too , I would highly recommend this unit, now that the new home AC has been installed plans to move this to the workshop, finally ac in the shed/workshop

Keeps my house cool no complaints so far and being able to control it away from home through the app is really convenient
