Excellent ac unit..quiet and cools off two rooms quickly!!

excellent ac unit would buy it again only thing is you can only go down to lowest temp of 64 degrees where other units can go down to 61 degrees. very easy set up

The AC itself works great, yes it does keep the room cool… The reason I gave and only three stars is because there’s a problem with the Wi-Fi it’s almost impossible to hook up I was able to do it once and then it disconnected and I was never able to connect it back again I shouldn’t have to call customer service and a pretty text savvy person the second problem is which to me is more prevalent is that the auto feature does absolutely nothing… Maybe it’s just me but when you have it on auto that’s what I mean when the desired temperature reaches the room it should shut off until it gets too hot and then come back on it it doesn’t seem to have this option at all it has an eco-mode which just makes it shut off and go on randomly I really don’t I understand what auto mode is on this unit. So if you’re looking for something that has all the bells and whistle‘s which I thought the stead I don’t know if I would recommend it if you’re looking to sell me that I’ll keep your room it’s called a simple solution yes this will do that completely.

My dad was over the moon when he found out the he could connect this AC to WiFi and turn it off and on through his phone with the GE app. So easy to setup and use.

This ac was a replacement for one that broke and this one works great. fit in the same spot and cools much better then the last one did. Im happy with it

Nice product, quiet operation, not so easy to use without the remote, but otherwise no complaints. Easy installation. This may sound trivial, but is very important for safe installation, the power cord is actually long enough to use without an extension!

This air conditioner is great purchased this product for my daughters room, it works great her room is comfortable & cool and also quiet this air conditioner was perfect for my daughters room I highly recommend this air air conditioner

it's been a month and still works great. I used it on the whole since wall AC won't fit the hole so I look for window AC because there's lots of small sizes. Everythings doing welll. Let see how long it would last.

Great unit. This is my second summer with it and it’s still brand new. Use it every single day. Barely turn it off. I make sure the filter is clean and it runs and cools my whole apartment. Would definitely buy this!!

I live on the top floor of an older building that is very difficult to keep cool in the summer. I purchased two of these (one for the bedroom and another for the main room) and they are working great. The smart features were what intrigued me to give this a try and I have since become very spoiled by them. I especially like that I can monitor the temperature in each room, even when I'm away at work, and make adjustments as needed. The energy saver feature works great but on cooler nights it's nice to be able to turn the AC off entirely. Without leaving the bed I can tell Google to "make it colder" and the machine responds. My only issue with this is the adjustable wings. I'm not sure what type of window they are designed for but it's likely one I have never encountered. They do not snap into the frame like the ones on Frigidaire models I've owned in the past and my windows are fairly new. I still prefer the GE model to the Frigidaire. Just a bit disappointed that despite all the technical advances this AC has to offer it's still one of those machines that forces the installer to drill holes into their windows.

This air conditioner is great! Gets the room super cold really fast. I love that I can set it up with my google home system and also set it up on a schedule.

Quiet and cools great. Wish the front panel indicators would indicate if it is on or off. All the lights turn off after a short time so if the AC is turned on but not actively cooling you can't tell its on without interacting with the remote or going to the panel and checking. Still very good and very happy with my purchase.
