Cools the room very fast!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The AC itself works great, yes it does keep the room cool… The reason I gave and only three stars is because there’s a problem with the Wi-Fi it’s almost impossible to hook up I was able to do it once and then it disconnected and I was never able to connect it back again I shouldn’t have to call customer service and a pretty text savvy person the second problem is which to me is more prevalent is that the auto feature does absolutely nothing… Maybe it’s just me but when you have it on auto that’s what I mean when the desired temperature reaches the room it should shut off until it gets too hot and then come back on it it doesn’t seem to have this option at all it has an eco-mode which just makes it shut off and go on randomly I really don’t I understand what auto mode is on this unit. So if you’re looking for something that has all the bells and whistle‘s which I thought the stead I don’t know if I would recommend it if you’re looking to sell me that I’ll keep your room it’s called a simple solution yes this will do that completely.

While we're very glad it's cooling your space well, we regret that you've had trouble with connecting with WiFi and a concern over cooling on Auto mode. We know these issues would be frustrating and would like to assist. There is a section on setting up the WiFi connection for your model on page 14 of the manual; if you still have difficulty with this set up, our Connected Home Support Line is available at 1-800-220-6899. The Auto mode is meant to automatically change to the fan speed needed to keep the room at the temperature you have set, while the Eco mode will continue on the same fan speed you selected unless you actually change it. We do regret the trouble you had with that mode; further information on it is available in the manual, and if needed there is information on your limited warranty on page 17. We will certainly share your concerns with our Design team, and are happy to assist if you have any other questions or concerns - all the best! -Sarah@GEA

I have it for over 2 years and it cools down my entire apartment (junior 1 bedroom). I have an indoor air conditioner and I haven't used it since I bought this one, I may get rid of it.
