Bought to replace old Kenmore unit that finally quit; very happy with this unit; quiet, cools very well, and a bonus as it is lighter in weight than the old one so easier to install. Nice to have the eco mode andsleep modes to use as well. Have not tried to connect to wi fi, so can't address how well that works

I bought this unit for my tent trailer because of the dimensions. The unit is quiet and puts out nice cold air. My only complaint is the louvers do not do much for directing air from left to right. Also, it only blows air straight out. You cannot adjust horizontally.

Bought to keep summer humidity down in uninsulated New England garage on car repair days. Works very well and I can do car projects in summer without doors open and bugs flying around. Love the remote feature and have not tried the smart feature. Easy to install and, although not light in weight, it hangs nicely in the window without outside brackets, etc. Some assembly of the side panels and top/bottom rails necessary. Would need 3-4 times the BTUs to cool the garage and that would have been a waste of money.

I love my Air Conditioner it was working great over the summer and I can turn it on or off from my cell phone

Does its job for an 8x10 room. Out side noise, when turned on, is noisy. The wireless feature works okay with an iPhone. Make sure you can the QR code before installing the unit since mine was blocked by the wall frame, I had to manually put in the code to link it to the wifi

A good quiet ac for our garage. Keeps it much cooler than our last ac for a reasonable price.

I bought two of these air conditioners and the perform great. In the short time I've had it my electric bill has barely changed. I likebin hawaii and it can get very humid so I keep these air conditioners running all the time at a set temperature of 71 degrees. The auto shut works great and saves on electricity bill. I would buy this again in a hard beat. I do wish it was able to directly integrate with my Google home without the need for an external thermostat

I love the eco feature on it so it doesn't run all the time. The remote is nice also, so I can control it from across the hall. It does seem like it is more made for more modern windows. I had to do a lot of finagling to get it loveled right on an older window frame.

Nice and easy to use features the remote and wifi controls are a big plus overall a great product
