Easy to use and easy to set uo wifi feature a+!!!!

Have had this a/c unit running a lot, very cost efficient and excellent on cooling. Bought this until I can get central air fixed, the whole system needed replaced; furnace & a/c. Very costly undertaking so got this window unit for summer until I can have the a/c replaced in September.

Excellent purchase! I was a little worried bc it's smaller than the previous unit. However, this unit exceeded my expectations. It cools down a fairly large area - it's not cold, it's comfortable. I've recommended it to several people,

This Ac is great it cools up the room greatly and is able to maintain temperature properly when in eco mode. Eco mode is great by the way. The power on this Ac again is great

Needed a new AC and this one was not only at a great price, but amazing performance. Would highly recommend this AC. You can also turn on from your phone anywhere you are.

We have a 1200 square foot metal building with an unfinished interior. Placed this unit in the bathroom and closet area and that now is the place to be when you want to cool off.

I try to use this on eco so I don't have to listen to the fan all the time. I also like to leave it on 69 degrees. But the room will get to 76 and it still doesn't turn on sometimes. Then once running it will get to 67 and I will freeze. Then it finally shuts off. You would think they could make it run better for such an expensive machine my older cheap ones worked better.

We have an over 750 square foot great room/kitchen dining area with a portable a/c unit in it. On the few hot days that unit just couldn't keep the temperature low enough to be comfortable. I installed the GE 8000 BTU unit from Best Buy in an opposite facing window and the room is now at a comfortable temperature.

A great, smart AC for anyone needing to fill a gap in their home. Smaller size areas cool fast, while larger areas take some time. Can be a small headache to setup, had to call tech support to connect to Google Home.

It cool our large room well ! Only reason I didnt Give five stars is because it sounds a little loud at times.

Very nice unit. Puts out lots of cold air and does cool a large area. The only drawback is that you cant direct the air flow. The louvers will rotate but air just comes straight out, not in the direction needed.

This is a rating for one of the two acs I purchased last spring. I purchased them in late spring/early summer 2021. I used them for the New England summer season so about 2-3 months. This year I put them in the window and one’s fine but the other is building up ice in it and then when the temp melts it loudly spitting out ice pieces into the room. GE gives a 12 month warranty which doesn’t seem sufficient for most customers who are only using this for the summer season and then don’t use again for another year. I don’t know anyone at least not in New England who had to purchase a new ac after one season of use. Really bad for the planet. Needs to be made better so that doesn’t end up in landfills after a year of use.

Cools off our medium size room very well. Love that I can turn it off an on with an app, from anywhere. It cane with shades to put on the sides of the extenders to keep the sun from shinning in, which helps keep the bedroom dark.

Air is always cold and the unit is quiet. Can set the on off timer too.

Amazing!!! We had to replace a 15 year old 10,000 BTU unit and what a difference. Cooled off our large living and dining room in minutes. Smart features work great and it runs very efficiently. Nice feature shows daily power consumption on the mobile app. Highly recommended.

this unit is keeping our room cool with no issues so far. The only thing I've noticed is that there is no timer to put it on for 30 minutes or more and auto shut off.
