Great buy. Used after Hurricane Ida hit. Brought home to Louisiana so we cd stay in our damaged home. Shut hall door and 3rd bedroom door. Cooled the back of the house so we cd sleep comfortably . Had a cool place to get a reprieve from the HEATbb

Works way to well at times! I have this for my 200 sq foot shed/shop that is insulated. Even in the hottest of days, just a few minutes and it's chilly chilly inside. Great value compared to other similarly equipped AC units.

Bought this to replace a poorly functioning portable A/C. This unit had good ratings by Consumer Reports and well priced at BB. I purchased "one size up" from the recommended BTU's for the room I am using it in. What a difference! Cools the room down very quickly and is very powerful given it size and weight. the automated controls are a great feature to have to adjust remotely or have it shut down at night when the room is cooled to the set temperature. Strongly considering upgrading some other older window units to this particular model.

Cools a room about 400 sqft. Moderately noisy but tolerable. Good buy for the price.

Great Buy.. This AC is soooo powerful. Cools the entire house in about an hour. In fact, we have to turn it off or down just a little.

The product is great. Installation is a breeze. Cold factor is intense. You want cold, you got it. Only drawback (otherwise a 5 star rating) is that it is noisy.

Easy to use unit. The set up is straight forward. It even lets you know when you need to replace the filter and sends a notification straight to your phone.

Very noisy when on, and within two years I need to replace it because it would cool the room slightly but not enough to keep us comfortable. Would not buy again instead I replaced it with an 8,000 BTU LG. LG is more powerful and quieter.

Purchased for master bedroom. Works well, cools quickly, remote is nice for convenience. A bit louder than I expected but not horrible. Power cord could be longer.

It does what it is supposed to do! It will keep a small space cold. And also helps keep the rest of the house not so hot.

Bought it thinking it was just gonna cool my room a little since it sits below the attic and it really gets hot up there but it works better than I thought keeping my room in the 60s while it’s like in the 90s outside great buy and yes I recommend it works like a charm

Very good air conditioner, replaced my 5000 BTU for this one and it does a much better job keeping the room cool. The WIFI built in is really nice too as i can connect to it before i leave work and cool the room down before i get home.

Was supposed to get two a/c's but never got the bigger one but I'm truly impressed with how well this has kept my house cool this summer.

Works efficiently and was easy to install. Don’t have much use for the “smart features” but definitely a quality window unit
