Solid A/C unit. Keep the one bedroom apartment live able. Easy to install and didn’t have any surprises with this unit

Got it on sale and it's handling my whole apartment with the help of a vornado fan to move air to the other room. WiFi works ok with google. The smart hq app (GE app) also works but is extremely slow to load and connect to the a/c.

Works well, cools quickly. On problem worth saying is that the a/c is rather loud. Does the job we wanted though.

We bought this unit in a pinch when our A/C went out. It did a great job chilling down the main living space till repairs were able to be made! I'm thankful my local Best Buy still had one in stock in the middle of autumn!

This unit is perfect for us. We turn it on an hour before we go to bed and the room is quite comfortable all night. It is a good weight and fits into the window well. The side wings are very good at keeping the window sealed and bugs out. Good instructions.

After only 3 months the AC has gone into what is called an 88 mode. When i power it on it keeps beeping on and off while showing a code. Thankfully i purshased the geek squad 4 year insurance. Now i have to set up an appointment with geek squad qnd figure out if its repairable

Great air conditioner! Patel super cold air very fast and you can change the direction of it easily. Works with Apple HomeKit. So far it’s been the best window unit AC I’ve ever owned. Going to buy another soon for another window.

Bought this air conditioner this summer because its been a really hot one this year, ive had no promblems, keeps room super cool.

I love the product but, not the delivery process. I spent a lot of time on the chat with the associate because, I live on the second floor of an apartment and that I would need the delivery person to bring the merchandise up my steps. The product was left at my front. Satisfaction was not granted. I had to pay a neighbor to complete Best Buy’s job.

Very good A/C. The eco mode, understandably, does not pump out as much cold air as quickly as I would like, but again, I understand! Otherwise, it is a very nice unit. If there is any complaint, it would be the noise. I have it in a garage window (so that I can keep cool during the hot summer), and I also try to watch tv/listen to music at the same time. I find myself having to put those things on high levels to hear, but it's not the end of the world. Still a great unit

My 3rd GE a/c. All have been efficient but this one is quieter and was very affordable. Delivery was 2 days earlier than expected which was a great bonus. I recommended this GE to 2 friends who have now purchased their own and are very happy (and cool).

Great AC, nice features and not so loud. Love the fact u can control it with Apple home app and also with the SmartHQ app. Knowing the fact I can turn my ac in while I’m not home is a +++
