Cool as a cucumber.. This ac is kreping my small rv pretty cool.

I really love this air conditioner, it has blue tooth which is very convenient to turn on/off on your phone it also has energy saver

Unit seems to work okay, considering the packaging and unit itself suffered some damage in transit. The box was obviously handled roughly at some point and, therefore, the evaporator coils had 3 areas of damage (most flattened in top left region). I have straightened them out where possible, though results were not great due to ultra thin metal. Despite the damage, the price paid is a major part of my acceptance of the flaws.

This unit dies a great job. It's pretty quiet and the app works well, especially for setting up a routine. I never got it set up with my Alexa systems which I why I bought this model, due to the app working so we'll.

Got to cool sunroom during hot days for the pets. During this last heatwave it did the job very nicely.

Fist one delivered with dent in the outside of unit. Returned to Best Buy with no problem. Fits my 21" window nicely. I just put one wing on unit, and it went in perfectly. Noticeably quiet compared to other air conditioners I've had in the past.

With the App you can make adjustments while away from home, this is a Great advantage as I can set the temperature while away from home, plus it’s very energy efficient, electric bill increased very minimally, and product is very affordable

AC works great. Remote works great. WiFi GE app needs a total re-write. I set the AC up & it works great with Apple Home app. This app tells me there is a firmware update and to do that I need to use the GE app. The GE app won't connect to the device since it assumes that it must be used before any other apps are setup. Any issue and the GE app starts you back at the beginning. This is so user UN-friendly that I just gave up! I'll have to live with the Apple Home app indicating that the device needs a update all the time. That is easier to deal with than trying to use the GE app.

I just love my new air conditioner. I bought it especially for the Wi-Fi, I turn it on from my phone on the way home from work and my room is nice and cool when I get there.

Powerful smaller unit that doesn't take up too much space.

So far, I have no complaints on this air conditioner. It gets cold, it's quiet and it cools down what it is suppose too.

This was a great purchase, when my central air unit was down keep the room comfortable.

Good a/c for this summer so hot ,get my room so cold sometimes I have to turn off the a/c cause my wife said is too cold

At first, I was wondering why you would want a Smart AC, but after linking it with my phone, I see now. You can set schedules for when you're away and at home, and more. Plus if you forget to turn it off, boom, through the app turn it off.

Best unit I've had so far. It's works great with wifi so that you can adjust it from downstairs before you even go up.
