The swap out seems to work great. Was able to swap out no questions asked at Best Buy, and GE customer service was helpful in the event Best Buy wouldn’t take it back.

I also use it when I want to keep the room it is in cool without running the central AC unit. The added bonus is it is Wi-Fi controlled.
