Towards the end of the summer (Aug/Sept), it started to shut off and the filter light was flashing. I cleaned the filter and replaced it and it worked fine. I recently moved and today I attempted to install the AC in my new place and when I plugged it in, ALL of the lights were flashing! I assumed this was because it needed to be connected to the WiFi but no, I couldn't do that either. I went to GE's website and apparently they don't make this model AC any longer so I couldn't schedule service online. I called in and they wanted to charge me $118 just for a tech to come and look at it!!! (this is an outrage considering it's a third of the purchase price!) Thankfully, I purchased a GeekSquad plan and I'm taking it in today. Short version... Save yourself the headache and DO NOT PURCHASE this AC!!!

The direction clips don't really work well, we point it into a certain direction but it feels like it's blowing straight.

It’s small and really blows som cold air!! My only complaint is that it’s eco sensor, thermostat or potentially the power will cut off the ac turns off for a while and will start up later.
