We're not crazy about the display which only lights up when you're turning it on/adjusting the temperature.

We are very glad it's working well for you and the unit is more energy efficient than your last, but do hate to hear it's not cooling as quickly as your last air conditioner. We know that may be an inconvenience. This model has 8,000 BTUs of cooling power, and is actually best suited for a room that is about 250 to 350 square feet. The unit is a bit oversized for your space, and this can actually negatively impact cooling performance; this may be why it doesn't cool as fast. You also may want to make sure the air filter is clean and the airflow to the unit isn't blocked at all, as these factors are also important for cooling. Other troubleshooting steps are listed in the manual, and if you think you may need to take advantage of it, information on your limited warranty is available on page 17. Unit performs as advertised and the internet connection works good. Don’t expect it to cool a large room, go up another size or two if you need to cool a large area.

We had movers try to set up and it didn’t go well. We called Best Buy and they did an awesome job! Would definitely go through Best Buy again!

It was easy to setup and keeps my office nice and cool. Best part the smarthome ability made it easy to setup with my google home. Not to mention the ability see power usage and control has made it easy to manage during the heatwave without destroying my electric bill.
