IT works great. It is in my small bedroom but I put a fan by the door and it cools my entire 900sq ft apartment easily. The app is pretty cool as well. Only gripe, it is definitely loud but that is fine. Also, do not use Eco mode. IT doesn't save energy, it just turns the unit off once it reaches the set temp. But then it doesn't come back on. I leave in on "cool" mode and fan on auto and it slowly adjust the output to maintain the temp. If it gets cold, such as night, it will turn off and turn back on when it gets hot again. So DON'T use the eco mode.

One of the best a/c units I have used. I love the wifi feature. I can turn on my a/c when I am gone. I can set schedules for when i want it running. The app is real user friendly. This unit is easily the best unit under 400 dollars.

I purchased this air conditioner because I was so happy with the same model when I purchased it two years ago. It cools effectively, quietly and is energy efficient.

Best option for the money, nice unit, not so noisy, fully automatic, remote control and WiFi application, uses 410 Freon gas as well and that makes it more efficient.

Having a small apartment with some less than normal sized windows, i needed a good AC. This one does the trick and more. It cools down my living room, kitchen and small office/dining room perfectly. Half the time im even cold when outside has been 80F outside! I love the fact i can connect it with my google account and works well with my google speakers, hub and wifi point. Being able to just speak to my google device/phone to turn on the AC when im not home or set on a time on when to turn on/off really helps out. Great product and i recommend it to everyone with a decent sized room.

Easy to use. We put it into a downstairs bedroom window. Its the hottest room in the house. It kept it comfortable all summer with extremely high temps. Over a hundred degrees for weeks at a time. It has an eco mode and only seemed to raise my electric bill by about $20.

Excellent AC for to cool a medium room off quick! Love the remote for quick changes to the air settings. The best option is the Eco feature which allows the air to kick on and off as needed in a room. Wonderful when you have pets at home and are gone to work for a while to keep the room. They're in nice and cool all day.

The ac blows very cold and is easy to install and set up. It’s much quieter than other units I’ve bought previously and doesn’t rumble the windows

Have no complaints with this GE air conditioner. I was limited to the size of unit I could get because of my window openings. But I've been running this on economy low and its been keeping most of my 2nd story apartment comfortable and there are 20 windows up here. Just a minor thing but it would be nice to be able to read the panel a little easier. It shows up once you hit one of the buttons to change the mode, fan, temp etc and even then it shows up quite light. But like mentioned its a minor little flaw.

I bought this AC for my mom. It cooled her place fast. Easy to work. It runs quietly.

Puts our cold air. Remote functions make for easy control. The eco-function setting saves money. I recommend this unit.

The wifi app makes this a great deal. You can control it from anywhere once you set it up. Cools great, not to loud and was easy to setup. The app allows us to turn it on and off when we are gone and have the house nice and cool when we return

I have 3 Frigidaire units and needed a new unit with 8000 btu's. I gave the GE unit a try based on reviews and am very pleased with the capacity and limited noise. A very good purchase

I love this A.C. The Wi-fi was the ultimate selling point for me. The App is user friendly. The air is nice and cold. My A.C is located in the attic area which have be converted into my bedroom and it cools down the entire room.
