Strong ac, App is easy to use. very simple remote design.

Great! No more suffering during Heat Waves. Lights on control panel turn off after a couple of seconds I love that Part.

Worked great for 1 year then coincidentally coils started freezing exactly 1 month after my warranty expired. Super disappointed with a $300 unit only lasting 1 year. Reached out to support for repair and was told it would be $130 just for the visit + parts + labor.

My mom loves it. Her room feels and she spends a lot more time relaxing under the air. Its a great product so far and the price was beyond fair.

Ok air conditioner. The minimum temp is 64, which I wish was listed somewhere on the specs. My previous ac had a minimum of 60. I prefer colder when I sleep, so wish I had known this previously. Currently, I can’t use this as a smart air conditioner. The last app update in July 2021 cause the app to crash if you try to change settings or set a schedule. The App Store reviews show this is a widespread issue. There has been no response from GE on the problem as of my writing this review.

This unit works amazing. It gets the room that i have it set up in, nice and cold.

Works like a charm. It is a tad noisy, but honestly, almost all AC units are. It was easy to install. I love that I can control the unit from my Google Home app.

This AC unit does the job however there are some frustrating details. 1- The set up to seal it the window around it has some major holes that bugs get through. Had to buy additional foam to make it work 2- it is LOUD 3- The unit seems to read the temperature inside the unit, not the room. I've found that I have to set it 3 or 4 degrees below the actual temperature I want. The thermostat in the room will read a 76 while the AC unit reads 70. It works well and keeps the room cool but I don't think I'll get another GE unit again.

Great air conditioner. We really like the smart technology where the unit will turn off once it reaches the desired temperature. It was a bit challenging to use the app and also to link it to Alexa. But once it was set up it worked great.

It is a great product and have you even more comfortable in your comfort zone.

I find this A/C to be most efficient in the depth of night.. Doesn't work well during daytime hours when the sun is up and shining directly on the unit..

I couldn't find a better AC to replace my old one. I love that it connects to Alexa, allowing me to control it from anywhere. Highly recommend!

Works great. Good value for the price. As a Total Tech. Customer I got an extended warranty included with my purchase.

Had to return this, nothing wrong, had already purchased another AC.

This AC works great, cools and keeps energy cost low. I recommend draining the system every other week as it will begin to make a louder noise.

Thank You Best Buy for not only having this in stock but getting it delivered to my Momma in Washington State during the HOTTEST weather on record!! Most homes etc don’t have central cooling and heating and this was a Welcomed gift!!!

I would of give this ac a 5 star but it only goes down to 64. Also had to fight with it to put in my window after not putting one of the window slides in the ac fot perfect works as it should just needs to go to a lower temp

Works considerably better than my last air conditioner. Really like the eco mode and wifi connectivity/app. Makes it easy to control when away from home. Only dislike is the clean filter comes on more frequently than necessary

It was great while it lasted, but conked out in just 14 months. Disappointing.

Excellent cooling capability. Use it in our bedroom and it keeps the room very cold. A little older than i wanted but you get used to it.
