The unit wouldn't turn on and only beeped when plugged in. Geek Squad said to call GE since the 1-year manufacturer's warranty was still active and GE set up a repair appointment. The day before the repair, I get a call telling me that they don't see any repair parts for this model and that I should call GE back. Customer Service was professional and explained that I could get a rebate check sent for the value of this after purchasing a new GE unit and sending in the receipt. What a ridiculous process and a waste of resources. I can't recommend buying this.

I have one 4 times its age that still works yes this thing cant even power up.

Room is the right size for the unit, so it's just not that great. One nice feature is that the lights on the unit go out, so your room remains dark during sleeping time.
