We are seeing that this air conditioner is a "Return to Vendor" model as parts for it are extremely limited. In this case, we recommend you reach out to your local Best Buy to evaluate what your options for repair or replacement are. If your would like to view the details of your air conditioner’s warranty, we recommend you check out page 17 of your owner’s manual, found on our website. Additionally, you can run the unit in standard cooling mode compared to "ECO mode" and the fan will run continuously. This might provide more consistent cooling in your room. The first couple of weeks were fine. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS HUMIDITY.!!! DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT IF YOU LIVE IN A HUMID AREA!!!! Bad design flaw. The circuit board should not be located directly below the vents.

We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced as a result of this. We do recommend the air conditioner be installed level or with a slight tilt to the outside to aid in directing the humidity it naturally removes from the air to the rear of the outdoor case. If your unit is installed in this manner and you continue to have difficulty, please refer to page 17 of your owner's manual for information regarding your warranty coverage. We bought it in April. Didn’t use it until June and it died today. It is the noisiest air conditioner we ever had. Best Buy can’t help us because I didn’t buy the extended warranty so we have to get someone from GE to look at it to determine whether to fix or give us a new one. Absolute garbage and awful customer service.

It runs fine it just doesn't shut off. I'd like it to shut off when temperature has been reached and turn back on as room gets warmer.
