This model continues to have significant issues with icing occurring and incorrect temperature readings. Additionally when bringing home the first unit after unboxing it was damaged and had to be exchanged for a new one. For this price point I’m not sure GE is the right choice as the only redeeming feature is the wi-fi capability.

Watch Vidoes on youtube about the 88 malfunction display. Phone app was hard to connect to the AC. GE will only give out a $100.00 rebate if you actually get the rebate from GE.

I have it in energy saver mode. It turns off when it needs to buy then doesn't turn back on when the temperature changes in my bedroom. Some kind of thermostat issue.
