The wifi app that you can use to control the air conditioner always crashes and never works. Very difficult to set up a schedule and the timer functions does not work on the app. Also, they failed to mentioned that there is no timer button on the actual air conditioner this feature can only be done on the remote which is very inconvenient. I would not recommend this air conditioner. There are better options out there for cheaper.

Worked great for one summer

Stored them in the closet for the winter. Went to install this season the one for my youngest child's bedroom doesn't work. Powers on/off repeatedly when trying to turn on. Was really happy with how these untils performed last summer. But one season out of air conditioner is unacceptable. Fitting that its just out of warranty too.

To troubleshoot, press the RESET button located on the power cord plug.
