Air conditioner is great for a bedroom. Unit is easy to install, and it cools a room about as well as my central air did prior to it going out for a slightly lower price. There has not been much of an increase since using this unit.

The central A/C in my house broke during a major heat wave and I was told it couldn’t be replaced for almost 8 weeks. Hence, I decided to purchase 2 GE window units. Best decision ever. They work so well and cooled down my entire house. Easy to install and energy efficient. My only issue was that the accordion things on the side were not big enough to close the gap on one of my windows. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

I put this in the master bedroom and it is really cold even on low. Very easy to install. Quiet

A little costly the window extenders barley fit in my standard window had to order extra foam to seal it up completely and even then mosquitos were able to squeeze through so I had to spray raid all over the extenders and ended up covering the sides where the extenders are with plastic and taping the edges of the plastic when I say mosquitos were able to squeeze through i mean like very few like 1 a night if I leave my light or tv on. After the raid and the makeshift plastic seal all bugs that do get in end up getting trapped and die off or they escape back to outside... The ac it self is not bad and it only goes down to 64 degrees.. but that is cool enough for me and is able to cool down my 200 ft sq room and it's closet and the hallway outside my room fairly well. It is somewhat noisy but not more noisy than having a fan outside my door at full blast trying to get the cool air into my room from the living room which also has a ac. The smart features are troublesome they work only if you turn your air conditioner on with the remote you can't just start your air conditioner with your smart phone until it has actually been turned on manually or by it's remote kind of misleading in my opinion it's like the smart app does not have a connection without the ac already being set on eco mode or just on..

Works good. Turns on and off just as it should on the auto feature. Was light weight and easy to put in the window. I've only had it about a month, but so far I am well satisfied. Does not take long to cool the room. I am using it in my living room/dining room which is about a 24 x 24 area, it does well for that size of room. I would definitely purchase this item again. Also was a good value at a great price. What's not to love.

This is the best AC i have ever used. It is really easy to handle, it’s menú is simple to understand and use too. The control is no complicated at all. The air has a cool and fresh air. The area gets cool immediately. I will not regret about my purchase. I considered it is the best product and worthy I have bought!

First GE AC. Easy to setup and use, quiet unit and good cooling, with some highs over 90 recently. Cools this room and part of the rest of the house.

I went to Best Buy trying to find a replacement window AC that had just failed on a hot day. I searched local stores for a unit in my size, with good ratings and deals. Most of what I chose were not in stock ( it was start of a heat wave and i didn't want to wait. I went to a few local stores and Best Buy. To my surprise Best Buy had a good unit, in stock, on the floor. I did a quick check on google about unit. Got the GE, 8000 BTU. It works very well and cools quickly and quietly.

I love it! Texas heat is no joke and this AC works like a charm. I love to sleep in a super cold room this AC doesn't disappoint. its not loud and comes with a remote.

Works well cooling my bedroom. It's an attractive design as air conditioners go. I consider it quiet. Remote has good range. I have not been able to set up the app control feature and gave up after an hour. I would have rated this 5 stars had the app set up been straight forward as the app capability was one of my purchase criteria.

If u are a daytime sleep take note this unit let's in quite a bit of light. I am not too sure why I never noticed this with my old AC, but this unit let's slot of light thru the vents that blows out the air. Maybe it's the styrofoam in the back of the system which is kinda scary to me because I had a different unit like this and the styrofoam got moldy after 1 season. On a side note the display info disappears after a couple minutes which again would be helpful but so much light didn't shine thru the vents. My filter light has come on about 4 weeks in took it out and cleaned it but light still indicates needs to be clean even though it is spotless. It does cool my room down decently. And from time to time I get almost like a humid moldy smell. I bought two of these units (one for myself and one for my sons room) and both have the same issues

Great little AC unit for my garage apt. Keeps it really cold. Remote works well. The price was good too.

Highly recommend, it puts out strong, cold air. It connects to the wifi and you can control it with the app, adjust all of the settings, and set schedules. If apps aren’t your thing, it has a remote. I have 3 of these air conditioners (all 3 are different sizes/BCUs) and they saved me this summer. This model is a good size for a bedroom; I have a slightly larger model in my office, and an even larger in my living room. Love them all. Highly recommend
