I purchase a smaller AC of the same brand while I waited for the larger AC. I am not too happy with the AC of 5000 btu. It doesn’t cover the expected square footage and makes too much noice while on.

I just had the chance to get it installed in June. In 1 month I can report its crap. The WiFi setup is stupid and does not work right if you are using an iPhone. The App for the phone is so poorly designed to walk you through the setup when you have an iPhone. The compressor keeps turning off every 5 sec though the whole room is 80s but I told the A/C to keep running till its 64. I am so fed up with this and I can't return it back to BB. *For those who dont care to read the whole thing. Garbage, doesnt cool, wifi setup sucks, app sucks, stay away go get a frigidaire.*

This year, June 2022, the AC is broken. It was a complete nightmare getting Geek Squad to come, even though the AC was still under coverage. It took two weeks for someone to come, and it was a third party service. I was told the gas is leaking and broken, and that they do not carry the gas anymore, nor is that an easy fix. It is easier to purchase a new AC. This AC is still pretty new, having purchased two summers ago and only used in the summertime. How is it broken and unable to fix so soon? And this seems to be a common problem. Not only is it broken, the Geek Squad will not replace it. What is the point of purchasing protection if there is none? Beware of this AC, and don't waste your money on purchasing coverage because if something happens, they cannot and will not help you. It's a complete waste of money.
