    after 1 month of use the AC starts to make loud rattling noise and it is very annoying

    I thought using this A/C would be cool because it’s WiFi connected which great but using the Energy Saver Function (ECO) doesn’t not work great at all. I’ve set the temperature to the lowest setting and the air conditioner thinks my room is 58 Degrees but my room was not cold at all. It was 70 degrees and I don’t know why the A/C isn’t working. I turned the unit off and then on again and still did the same thing even when I unplugged the unit for 10 minutes still was having the same issue. I would not recommend buying this unit if you’re trying to save energy by using the Energy Saver function because the thermostat does not read correct in any case. This was a waste of my time and money.

    Not a fan of this A/C unit...bearings went bad within a month...now has a bad odor coming out of it.

    I bought the air conditioner May 12, 2022 it's June 15, 2022, and the air conditioner keeps turning off every 2 seconds with the filter light keep coming in. The filter isn't dirty and I only used the air conditioner twice since purchasing it. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying this brand air conditioner. Then I tried taking it back to best buy and I couldn't exchange it or get my money back. I will never purchase anything from best buy again!

    Very loud a/c

    Very upset with this purchase. On it's lowest speed, the unit is very loud. We needed a unit in a hurry and GE a/c's were all Best Buy had. I can't sleep with this noise every Summer. Two stars because it functions as it should.

    I wish I knew I would have to ask Alexa to ask 'Geneva' things. I shouldn't have to use a third party virtual assistant to use a 'smart' item, especially when that virtual assistant barely recognizes her commands. If there were other options for smart ACs I would return this. On top of absolutely hating having to use 'Geneva' this AC does not get colder than 64. It was also a pain to connect to my wifi despite it being in the same room as the router. This is my second GE air conditioner and both of them have been miserable out of the box.

    Stopped working within three months

    This air conditioner stopped working within three months. I attempted to have GE come out and service the unit and instead they cancelled my service appointment and sent a "good will certificate" to use toward a new appliance. They wouldn't even service it.

    I bough this air conditioner about 2 months ago and it stops working, is just turn on for 10 seconds and it turn off again, I’m really disappointed!

We would recommend disconnecting power to the unit for 1-2 minutes to reset the electronics.     This ac is used for a small room with the door closed. There is air blowing out but it is not cool air. BestBuy only has a 15 day return policy (haven’t had to use it until now). I will be contacting GE. Very disappointed from such a reputable brand.

    probably the worst AC ive ever purchased. there is no way this unit is meant for a 350sf room. i have a 15 year old 5000 btu unit that blows cold air out 3 times as hard as this waste of money. i highly recommend to stay away from this unit unless you can get it for less than $100 because it is no where near worth the current price. literally cannot even feel the air blowing out of from 3 feet away when its on its high and set to the lowest temp setting. im annoyed that i even have to go through the process of packing it back up to return this piece of junk

    Being a GE product i thought it would work better then my media i have how ever this one does not work as good as my cheepie this was a bust for me

    When I bought my air conditioner from Best Buy I was misled about it fitting I the wall. The salesperson said it would fit just right after I gave him the measurements. So once I realized it did not fit I was told I couldn’t return it. This is another example of me loosing money because of something I bought at Best Buy.

    Not sure if it is the unit that is defective or it is just loud, but 80% of the time it makes loud noises. Can’t return it because Bestbuy it only allow 2 weeks return period.

    Third GE window AC that died within 2 months. 350 sq ft to 550 sq ft units For rental properties. No issues with GE stoves and refrigerators.
