It also has some great extra features that make it the best air conditioner that I have ever had for cooling my medium sized room. The installation was very typical of a window mounted air conditioner. Not complicated, just a little time consuming. If you have someone to help you will breeze through this in no time, although I did it on my own. Build quality seems very good. It looks....like an air conditioner, but it does have a more premium look than some of the cheap ones I have used. Setup was very easy. Smartphone/Wifi setup was a breeze, and works well. I look forward to being able to start my A/C while away from home allowing things to cool down before I get there. This was the main selling point for me over a traditional air conditioner, and I think it will perform well in this regard. Air is cold. It easy cools the medium/large sized bonus room of my house. It is also quiet and in line with other air conditioners I have used. I can listen to tv at normal volumes, have a conversation at normal levels, etc. Overall this GE Smart air conditioner comes exactly as advertised. Solid performance, and smart features. Would recommend!

We are seeing that this air conditioner is a "Return to Vendor" model as parts for it are extremely limited. In this case, we recommend you reach out to your local Best Buy to evaluate what your options for repair or replacement are.
