I just love my new GE gas stove top!! The guys who did the installation were on time and did a fabulous job. These guys were very conversant and knowledge about the product. The price was right, I did a lot of shopping. Looks great next to the new GE double oven we purchased last year. The ONLY issue I have with Best Buy is having to deal with Panama every time you have a question. I dialed the local phone number and I have to speak with Panama, thus the 4 star rating.

We recently purchased a new Stainless Steel GE Profiles 5 burner Cooktop to replace our 20 year old one. We are very pleased. It is beautiful and functions as well as it looks. The grills lift up for easy cleaning of the pan area. My wife Loves it and that's what matters most !! I waited until the Memorial Day sale which was a real plus.

Love my gas stove top. Hate that the knobs are plastic and also that the surface scratches easily. The burners are a pain to get clean. Constantly scrubbing them with easyoff and pink stuff to get the black marks off. Other than that love cooking Thanksgiving dinners or any dinners it easy to boil water and move pans around.

Great option for a gas cooktop. We needed to replace an old one that was not working, and this gave a nice upgrade to the look of the kitchen. Also love that it has 5 burners. Works great!

We love our new gas cooktop. Have always purchased GE appliances and have not been disappointed. All 5 burners work efficiently, huge difference with the center burner how quickly water boils. Very pleased with this purchase.

I replaced an old GE Profile Built-In Gas Cooktop that I have had for 25 years with this model. The new Cooktop fit perfectly in the same space, and the installation was simple and quick. This is a good-looking cooktop, because its symmetrically shaped grates, make it look like is all one piece. I have now been using this Cooktop for over a month and noticed that while cooking on large pots not only the heating is more evenly spread but because of it, it heats the food/meal quicker. The space between burners is well designed too, since on our previous cooktop, you couldn't put two large pans next to each other because of the closeness of the burners. We are a family of six with two of them being a "Cook Wanna Be", so this new Cooktop is going to go through heavy-duty use, and just like its predecessor, we're counting on lasting another 25 years.

Replaced a 33 year old Kitchen-Aid range-top. This seems to be of good quality and if there is a spill it does not get under the burners. The grates are in 3 pieces but sit higher than others from the flame. The grates are seperate and do not hinge like some other models

I purchased this to replace a cooktop that was original to our home we just purchased(over 30yrs old). I cook daily and needed something that would be versatile, a great value and also look great. This cooktop cooks PERFECTLY! The flame is consistent, I love the power boil burner-brings water to a boil faster than any cooktop/range I've used. The flame is even all around on all burners, and the ability to change from the smallest simmer to boil is seamless. This is super easy to clean, and I love the raised look of the grates-we've gotten a ton of compliments. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the function, value/price, and look. I would highly recommend this.

I'm so glad I went with Pacific Sales on my GE gas cooktop purchase. Every aspect was great--purchase price, customer service, installation, and quality of the product! I almost went with someone else after already having a great purchase experience with other appliances from Pacific Sales. Not sure what i was thinking!
