Only reason I didn't get 5 stars is because of the install. they cooktop works great and we like the way it looks. The product itself is great.
However the installers didn't use the brackets to secure it to our counter top. It wouldn't have been too bad of an issue but the installers also took the brackets, instruction manual along with the box so I couldn't install it myself. I've tried to have Best Buy come back 2 other times to install it correctly and they keep scheduling the appointment, then the day of the cancel the appointment because they don't have the brackets. At this point its been several months of them not fixing an issue which is disappointing to say the least.

I’m very frustrated that back order dates are not accurate. My original purchase was set for installation on 8/31/24. Then I was told, because of back orders, that my install needed to be setup after 9/24/24. So I set up install for 9/28/24. When I called to complain, I was told if I set up my items for store pickup that I could pick up in San Marcos store on 8/24/24 and keep my original install on 8/31. So I agreed to that! Then I received another email to notifying that I had to change my install to after 9/20. Very frustrating! I don’t mind waiting, but I deserve accurate dates when committing to a BestBuy purchase. I will be reaching out to Home Depot for another solution.

Works good. It is what I expected. However there was a small
screw missing in the small parts bag. A complaint to GE, and
then a second complaint was met with no response.

Love the new GE cooktop! We had excellent service and help in odering and installing. Christian was helpful in investigating other products before we made our choise.. David was the best installer!

Did not fit had to return and get kitchen aid. Looked great but was not exact fit to older ge profile.

We make the change fromn an electric cooktop to this new gas cooktop. It replaced one that was original to our house, built in 1978. We have just spent the holidays really enjoying it and realizing just how much better it is for our family and cooking lifestyle
