This cooktop is working wonderful I am very satisfied with my purchase at Best Buy.

We really like our new cooktop! It’s great! We had to wait a few months for it but it was worth the wait. Two of the burners on our old cooktop (over 20 years old) stopped working so we appreciate having this one. It’s working just fine.

Love my cook top The look but The second time I cook the The top round burner 3 of them turn a little black..I call GE and they going to send me new ones

Love this 5 burner cook too! I love the way the grates all are one fluid cook top. Works really well for larger pots and pans. It also seems to cook much better/quicker than our old cook top. Love the look of it as well.

I went from electric to gas so I was already thrilled. However, I love the way this stove top is made. It gives my kitchen a completely different look. I plan on buying the griddle for it next. I’m so happy about my purchase.

The install was a breeze. The cooktop works as expected. The price was reasonable. Would recommend.

Works good. It is what I expected. However there was a small screw missing in the small parts bag. A complaint to GE, and then a second complaint was met with no response.

Only reason I didn't get 5 stars is because of the install. they cooktop works great and we like the way it looks. The product itself is great. However the installers didn't use the brackets to secure it to our counter top. It wouldn't have been too bad of an issue but the installers also took the brackets, instruction manual along with the box so I couldn't install it myself. I've tried to have Best Buy come back 2 other times to install it correctly and they keep scheduling the appointment, then the day of the cancel the appointment because they don't have the brackets. At this point its been several months of them not fixing an issue which is disappointing to say the least.

I love it; it so pretty and blends into my kitchen. Works very well and is very easy to clean.

Love this stove! Very easy to clean. Works great! Best buy came through for us in a pinch when our stove broke. Other big box stores had long wait times.

I’m very frustrated that back order dates are not accurate. My original purchase was set for installation on 8/31/24. Then I was told, because of back orders, that my install needed to be setup after 9/24/24. So I set up install for 9/28/24. When I called to complain, I was told if I set up my items for store pickup that I could pick up in San Marcos store on 8/24/24 and keep my original install on 8/31. So I agreed to that! Then I received another email to notifying that I had to change my install to after 9/20. Very frustrating! I don’t mind waiting, but I deserve accurate dates when committing to a BestBuy purchase. I will be reaching out to Home Depot for another solution.

We are enjoying cooking on this stove top. Nice to have these eyes. Gas is the best. Can’t go to electric!
