It’s been interesting not having a cooktop since about a week before Christmas. Best Buy gave me the option to cancel my order and get a refund but what’s the point? Here’s hoping that the third appointment for the install will be the charm.The $400 gift card would be nice

Perfect gas cooktop for our family

It replaced one that was original to our house, built in 1978. We have just spent the holidays really enjoying it and realizing just how much better it is for our family and cooking lifestyle

It was the only GE cooktop where the order was accepted by GE. The BIG PROBLEM was Best Buy sent out incompetent gas installers. We had a gas leak in our house for a week! We finally had to call out Teco/Peoples Gas. Also if you call to complain, you are put through to Columbia, S. America and most of the time the Reps for Best Busy would hang up on us. Terrible service if you are purchasing an appliance.

Easy to install and works great. No better place to buy it than Best Buy - they were great at time of purchase and the delivery was seamless.
