Still waiting on the replacement and I have 3 dates for install so no idea when to expect it. This will be the 4th hood. I originally purchased this in February and still do have a hood!

Now stuck over a month waiting to get a replacement unit and new installation! I’ll rate again once received.

If you purchased your unit new, the one year factory warranty would last, in this case, from February 2020 - February 2021. After it finally arrived, I opened the box to find the front of the hood dented, with the separate metallic pipe cover also badly dented. There's no way i would keep something like this so, it was an automatic return. This was a complete waste of time coming and driving back to the store..
