The washer works great, but I have trouble each time turning it on. It it start for a few seconds and stop then I have to pus it a few more times. The switch need to be a button or know. Also, I had to buy an extension hose and get a plumber to lower my drain pipe. If you get a new washer try to keep your old hose incase, you run into the same problem. I should mention my old washer was 37 years old.

If you want simple and no fuss with advanced technology then this washer is for you. I returned a very techy washer with tons of features on it for this GE one and I'm so happy I did.

Great washer. Its a bit noisey but does the job. Only washed a few loads but so far, so good!

Like having an agitator again. The speed wash is super handy.

Washer was exactly what we needed to replace our older Ge washer. It fit the space right. and matched in color. Oh, this new machine washes clothes and towels etc. very good ! The delivery and install went as planned, the delivery guys did a great job, clean and easy. :)

already had experience with GE washers before. owned a gtw330 model. this is pretty much the exact same thing. so i already know what to expect. exactly the same controls except for the precise water level seems alot quieter during certain wash cycles than the 2016 model which is always a plus. if you already owned a GE washer in the past you know what you are getting for Noise level. I did not want a HE model washer since i bought a replacement part for the last washer that i can use if they break on this model. so the high efficiency must stand for the low yearly electric costs of $29 a year. my local best buy had a in store model washer so i could see exactly what i was receiving.

Great value, can do a large amount of laundry without taking up too much space. I’ve only had it for a few weeks now, but I’m happy with it. We’ll see how she holds up.

Working great. Runs smooth and quiet. Laundry is clean and very dry so dryer doesnt have to work hard

I have not any problem with this washer in its washing function. Only the problem wit it is , this makes noise. Otherwise it is good. However I plan to change it because of its hares sound change it. It's price is reasonable so I recommend it if you are low in Budget

The washer is right in size for our family. It is washing the clothes pretty well so far. The sound is not loud. That is also the point of the machine.Good

Have had this washer for a little over a month and it seems to be working fine. It does good job getting clothes clean. It does definitely sound different than my old washer, and if i hadn't read the manual, I probably would have thought something was wrong. Can't give it more than four stars becsuse i haven't had it long enough to evaluate. But so far so good!

its a little noisy, but it does the wash well. I like the old washers so I chose this one for its similarity to the old one I had for twenty years. Just need to be a little patient with this one, it run on a digital circuit not a timer dial, I like it, it does indeed take time to get used new appliances.

Perfect size for laundry area with all the right features. Great capacity without the crazy bells and whistles that need to reajust constantly during each phase of cycle!

This product has just enough options for efficient loads of all sizes. My space is small so the size with its matching dryer work well .

Very noisy! Instructions are a little hard to understand.

This washer has a HUGE wash tub while maining a tight 27" x 27" footprint, which is the size we were replacing, which made us very happy. The controls are simple to use and understand. I am extremely happy with this purchase.
