First time buying a washer so did a lot of research. I didn't want too many bells and whistles as I didn't want more things that could go wrong. This one has just enough options. It is a bit noisy but with the laundry room door closed you can't hear much of anything. I'd buy again for sure.

This washing machine is easy to use and does a GREAT job of cleaning clothes with using no more than is nessary water. It holds alot of clothes.

You couldn't make a washing machine sound any more ridiculous, I have to believe the noise is by design. Possibly as a way to let you know it's working hard to scrub the dirt out. Ridiculous, like buying a muscle car that intentionally leaves off the muffler. BestBuy did a solid job of delivering and installing. The appliance is attractive and easy to use. However the noise it makes is a deal breaker. I wish I had simply searched for the model on youtube, various appliance vendors have full length videos (yes videos of a washing machine going through a cycle the full 45 minutes - who knew) of these machines and the noise is obvious. I've owned it for a week and have washed a lighter queen sized duvet as well as jackets and heavy pants and the washing is solid.

Delivery and hook up were perfect. I love the new washer. Large tub is great for large items. Easy to use. Works!

My only complaint is now I need a bigger dryer! This is quiet and works well. My last similar washing machine was a GE and died after 7 years. I hope this one lasts longer, but given the repair costs for washing machines, it was a better deal to buy a new one since the repair company they only last about 7 years. I am the laundry person for a family with kids, so the extra capacity is great.

This is the best washer ever! I am old-fashioned, and I like to wash with water. This fills with water and has an agitator. It gets my clothes, extremely clean and they smell nice. I recommend this washer and dryer to anyone purchasing a new appliance!!

Overall does exactly what i want a washing machine to do. It was one of the cheaper no frills models but it feels sturdy and has all the features you would need in a washer. My only complaint is that the noise it makes while in a cycle is different than i'm used to. Instead of a low pitched hum it's more of a higher pitched pulsing sound. Kind of annoying when you're not used to it.

A repair man told me that I was smart to buy this old school washer because all those extra bells and whistles just means extra stuff that can break down. I just bought it because it had an agitator and the new ones don't lol. Had it since March with no issues. Solid purchase.

It does the job. Easy to operate. Nice size-fits nicely in the space I needed it to go.

This is a second set of washer and dryer I purchased, the second being a gift to someone, So this review is based on my initial purchase, the second set hasn’t had any issues. Washer: washes clothes great, has a lot of great options and settings in the menu, but the lock mechanism isn’t always the best. Have had issues with this and the machine being locked not allowing me to get clothes.. had to get it changed and haven’t had any issues since. Dryer: gets the job done. Highly recommend.

My old washer was very old so I don't know how this compares to other new washers, but I really like it. The major drawback for me is the amount of noise it makes, this thing is loud! It's part of my ensuite and I can't have it running when anyone is trying to sleep. But the all-encompassing basket helps protect my clothes and it does the things a washer should!

It gets clothes clean, Its' basket is larger and washes cotton drapes. It has more button than I need. Delivery and hook up went fine.

Easy and intuitive. A great median priced washer. It has very few of the inane HE components.

I was a bit concerned about "you get what you pay for" when I bought a washer at such a low price; however, this has been the best washer I've ever owned, and I've had a Maytag and Kenmore top of the line. It's energy efficient, cleans wonderfully, has all the bells and whistles that you need - all of that at a great price, I would recommend it to anyone.

Great washer highly recommend it. Large size drum easy to use.
