Love this washer! Simple. Easy to use! And clothes come out so clean! I would highly recommend this washer. I have it in both my homes!

We love it. We didn't have the highest expectations, since it was one of the more affordable models, but we absolutely love it. If we paid more, I doubt we could get much more in value. It is a little loud, but not disturbing by any means. It was also easy to install myself.

So my spouse picked this out and ordered because our washer just went one day, and at first it was not what we were used to, very noisy for one thing. I said just give it a minute and see how it is--- I did like the tub which seemed flatter on the bottom although I had wanted one with a removable agitator. Whatever I am not picky as long as it washes well. Which it did ...until it didn't. Well actually it washes well it's little computer Start Up brain can't always function. We had an appliance guy out ONE week ago fixing our dryer and he looked at it, said it could be the power cord --try it in only the bottom of your outlet since our house is older. At least he got it to light up...ran 2 loads now it lights up BUT WON'T FILL.All the little lights come on except fill. We GOT THIS WASHER ON FEBRUARY 25 AND IT IS NOW JUNE 26TH! We have not abused it or used it in any way that we didn't use the other one. Tried calling GE got a robot voice that asked 20 questions than said" We are closed now"=---why not give me those 10 minutes back then? I am going to attempt to call them today and if they can't get someone out PRONTO ---this puppy goes back---we are looking at other brands and they all seem to have the PushButton start ---which may be the problem. REPEAT: NOT HAPPY

Just bought the dryer and both look great, plus they both work great.

The washer works well and does the job however it would be nice if it had a spot to pour laundry soap instead of after loading cloths or before if powder or liquid soap was use. Just like the softener and bleach has a designated area so should the laundry soap.

Washes good and quickly. Last one kept messing up the water level.

I wash king size bedding in it. I love the water controls. The Machine is quite. I have had this since 9-3-2020 and I have done about 30 loads of laundry. My husband is a diesel mechanic and he get his clothing dirty, this machine gets his clothing clean.

It was easy to use and cleans clothes great. I would recommend this washer.

Product is running good. The only issue I have is with the fabric softener dispenser. There’s always residue left behind inside the dispenser area. It is removable and can be cleaned though. Other than that the machine cleans clothes very well.

I bought this washing machine and matching dryer in January. The dryer is fine. The washer is not. It gets the clothes clean, but it is so loud it's ridiculous. It clangs and bangs with every load. It constantly goes out of balance and moves, and I am so sorry I bought it. I have leveled the washer several times and it still bangs, clangs, and moves nearly every time I use it. I really regret buying this washing machine and would not recommend it to anyone.

I love LG appliances The washer takes much longer than my old washer and its loud. But over all its good.

Basically works OK but disappointed with load balancing. Seems that a washer should have more tolerance to safely accept or compensate for a small amount of "out of balance" condition. Instead it just bangs the drum against the side wall of the washer and actually moves the washer inches from it's starting position. A bit scary. I don't think this issue is unique to this washer however. They never do that at the laundromat ... why can't home units work as well? I would glady pay a bit more for this convenience.

It does very large loads and cleans the clothing very well.

Works seamlessly! Didn't want a digital washer because they break down quickly. This is easy to used and has an extra large bowl. I can fit my queen size comforter with room to spare!

I am really enjoying this new washer. It is very efficient, using less water and seems to clean and spin dry the clothes well. I like the fast wash cycle also. I have had this washer now for about a month.

Washer has high capacity, love the precise fill option that makes sure you only use the amount of water your load size needs. Run time is a little longer for a normal cycle than my previous washer but overall I’m very pleased.
