Works well as a washer, but a bit noisy while it washes.

Works great! Tub is big and perfect for big loads (easily fits queen comforter) which is what I wanted. Only issue spin cycle is loud and gets off balance with tub rubbing inside of machine (since we got it and yes i've made sure items are balanced inside during this cycle).

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE. IT IS A LOT DIFFERENT THAN MY OLD WASHER. IT HAS TAKEN A WHILE TO GET USED TO IT BUT I AM FINALLY GETTING THE HANG OF IT. IT DEFINITELY GETS MY CLOTHES CLEANER. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE SOFTENER DISPENSER. IT MAKES WASH DAY A BREEZE.

this washing machine has worked fine for the first year. I use the precise fill cycle, though i am not sure if it uses the correct amount of water. wish there was a way to test this.

The wash cycles are quick about 30 minutes. The deep cleaning cycles are about an hour. I bought this washer after I had to get rid of a washer that was only one year old and it was going to cost $650 to fix it and what a difference. This one uses less water and electricity and cleans great.

We just purchased & picked up this washing machine 2/29/2024. It is working great. Living on a farm creates some challenging washing jobs. We read the manual very carefully, so we were prepared for the new features on this washer compared to our old one. Great machine for the price. Best buy's service was great, as it always is. They had the machine ready and helped my husband load it onto his truck.

inexpensive solution without going too cheap. Not fancy but seems to do the job just fine.

This machine makes the loudest, strangest noise during wash cycle! It does not rinse the soap out completely and goes out of balance way too easy. It was delivered by three guys who were pleasant enough, but they didn't bring tools to install it. They borrowed pliers from me to complete the install. Chipped paint on washer top. I'm still deciding if i'll cancel order completely or have them bring me a replacement before the 15 days are up!

My old washer died on me and I needed to get a new one and after going to 3 other places to view washers and prices I went to Best Buy and found this one, and for the price and feeling confident with a brand name I felt this was the best bang for the buck. I am very happy with this purchase. Thanks Best Buy!!!

Good washer, but it doesn't fill all the way up, even on max fill, It is also very noisy. Would not recommend for family use.. 1 or 2 people only

The washing machine works just fine and has a variety of cycle from which to choose. It is louder than expected, but the manual does say that there may be sounds that might not be expected and not to worry.

Good value on a solid basic washer, nice features for the price, larger capacity versus other low priced units

So happy with my purchase. I replaced a 30 yr old machine and wow what a difference. Quiet and efficient and even better, the large tub. I also want to commend the guys who hooked up the washer. They were terrific. Not easy to remove in a very small space.

Excellent Washer for the price, spacious enough for larger loads, I like that it has the agitator. Side note; we got the warranty, install and old washer removal it was definitely worth the additional payment. The delivery guys / installers Anothy and Timothy where right on time and quickly had our old washer out and the new one installed and working. Friendly, fast stress free. Will update how the washer works over time, so far so good!

I needed a new washer and I missed the old style washers . This is the closest I could find. I’ve had the newer more computerized models and was tired of problems once the warranties ran out. I loving the ease of use .

The buzzer is very loud and annoying. It is easy to use and works well so far. We have had it just a month.
