Replaced a GE Profile washer that was 13 years old with this one. Big drum which makes it very noisy. Small loads are fine. Can’t wash towels! Machine bangs from side the side And you cant stop it without unplugging the electric and holding the pause button. Even after rebalancing the items it did the same thing. Can’t leave the laundry room while the machine is on. I am returning as soon as Best Buy gets their act together. I’ve already spent six hours On the phone or on hold. Got someone today. We got cut off and she didn’t call back. This is a nightmare. I will never buy an appliance on line again.

Love it works great would recommend easy to operate

Easy to use. No bells and whistles to mitigate Everything comes out very clean. The best part is the cost is low. If you like simple machines, you will be pleased with this one. I like using Tide pods — so easy.

This washer works as it should. Clothes go in dirty and come out clean. I haven't had any problems with the noise or the quality of the washer itself. My wife and I are very satisfied with our purchase.

This washer does exactly what our family needs it to do! Small to extra large loads, cleaned well and quickly. We like basic and dependable and that is exactly what we got with this machine. It actually has a few extra features that are wonderful and not an impediment to its overall function!

Seems to be doing the job well. Only thing that I have noticed is it's a little louder than I thought it would be but other than that you can't beat the price...

Its a little bigger than I thought it would be. But I love this waahing machine. And I absolutely love the precise fill setting. My husband works out in the mud most of the time so it really gets his clothes clean.

With all the new features coming out, this product fit the need!

I was looking for a washer that had a few more choices to handle the variety of things I need to wash and this fit the bill. It does make some odd sounds, but it washes clothes slightly different than what the rental had for me to use.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of the GE 4.2 washer. It’s just the right size for my needs and I do truly needed a new one after 10 years. I have owned it since July and have not had any problems with it.

Nice washer for a family of 2 adults and small kids. Nice features, simple to use. Love it. Overall, loved bestbuy professionalism. Had issue 3 times with appliances delivered and had to request replacement. Kept my patience and understood bestbuy's view point as well. They won my trust.

I did extensive research before my washer and dryer purchase. I was looking for maximum capacity for the best price and value. I got exactly what I was looking for in the GE 4.2 cu. ft. washer.

This washing machine replaced a 15 year old machine. I had to learn about the HE machines. It makes noises that the old machine didn't. It also fills funny. I am very happy with this machine

Washer is a good value for the price. The machine is noisy though. It is not offensive just be aware.

Our 12 year old whirlpool died and it was going to cost more to fix the electronic panel than it was worth. We went with this model because i really don't like front load and i feel like you need an agitator to get your clothes clean. This is a very no frills, no digital display or anything. Very old school but i like it so far.

This is a nice looking washer that has all of the settings you need to do any type of laundry. I don't like the loud sound it makes as it switches cycles.

Decent washer for the price. Seems to wash just fine. My only complaint is that it’s very very loud.
