Great Washer for the price. Never had an agitator before so the noise took some getting use to but besides that its great.

Simple to use! Was not obvious where the detergent would go but figured it out that it went into the wash tub directly! There was a compartment for softener and bleach but no compartment for detergent!

This has got to be the worst washer we have had in almost 50 years of marriage! I found out in the beginning that it does not dispense bleach properly, which I lived with. But now it isn't even 2 years old and can't even handle fabric softener well. It got blocked up so we deep cleaned in the agitator and started diluting it, and it still was leaving black specks on our clean clothes. We even ran several loads of just warm water with bleach to rinse it all out. Did not work! I can't believe it isn't made to accommodate the softener. We have never had one do this and I certainly do not recommend.

It’s a good washer and it do a great job. If I have the money I should buy a better one. It keep a lot a nice. Can I upgrade for another one

washes great ! Such a big difference in how clean my clothes come out compared to my no agitator top loader I replaced with this one ! Feels so good to have clean wash clothes again and that actually smell clean !

Seems to wash good. Water turns off and on during fill time, not sure why? Big tub!

Nice washer,so far.Just got it a few week's ago. Does what it is suppose to do.

Spin cycle is great so dryer time is shorter. Different settings are easy to figure out. Did self level when got out of balance washing a comforter. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend

deep tub can wash big blankets cleans well love the deep a little loud

I really do like this machine. It does a great job, it’s just loud. So, no late night washes unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Works good does what I need to it to do my last washer dryer set when out on me so this one works good

This washing machine was a replacement for another of the same brand that lasted 12 years with almost a daily use.

The washer seems pretty good. My wife had some concerns with trying to wash bath mats. This was easy with our old washer but this one kept stopping and having to restart. Seems to be due to some "smart" feature trying to prevent damage, but the end result is something that was simple with the old washer became a task we had to figure out with this new one. You just want stuff to work, you don't want to have to read tons of posts and watch youtube videos to figure out what's going on. The real reason for only 2 stars is the delivery/installation. Somehow awful delivery has become the new normal. They mixed up the hot and cold hoses. They didn't balance the feet under the washer so when we tried using it, it would "walk" away. So after having paid for delivery, I had to switch the hoses myself. Not having the correct wrench for the job, I had to go out and purchase one. Then I had to lay down on the basement floor to adjust the feet. This took a lot of time (one was easy, one was stuck) and the whole time I'm wondering, why did I pay Best Buy for installation? When was the last time I gave such awful service to a customer? Oh that's right, never, because I'd be out of a job if I did that.

Great replacement for our old washer! Good capacity and easy to use. Our delivery experience was fantastic, Jose and Jay were so professional and efficient in setting up our new washer.

It is better than my old one and supposedly was the best. NO this is great, I love it for the price and how great my clothes come out. Look no further than this.

Washer worked fine for a couple of weeks. This weekend July 5, the washer stopped cycling through a complete wash. The washer was not draining or spinning. I unplugged the washer for about a minute and seems to be working fine now. Just dont think I should be having any problems with it since it's about a month old.

Easy to operate. Simple buttons. Nothing confusing for the elderly users. Does the job without any problems.

I really like this washer, I upgraded from an older Kenmore to this one. This one is quiet and washes my clothes flawlessly. Does what it’s suppose to do.
