I'm very happy with my purchase the washer and dryer that I purchased from Best buy has made doing laundry easier.

Love this waaher Wasy to use with large capacity

I was lucky to get my broken single washer dryer machune rwpkaced with thus washer. Wash much faster and spins quietly.

This washer machine is loud whether I put a small or large load in. It is too small for my family. The max cycle water fills only half way, so the rest of the room in the washer is a total waste.

After a little over a month of purchasing this trash, it stop spinning and overall working. Best Buy’s return policy is absolutely horrible and cruel towards those who cannot afford to keep an appliance that doesn’t work after not even two months of purchase and that stop working after the return period ended. Thank you Best Buy for your understanding for those who cannot afford such a necessity appliance after months of saving up to buy something your family needs.

its only been few weeks but i'm loving it. Had to do some adjusting since my floor isnt the best to keep washer from becoming unstable. Worth the money!

Because of my age, I always buy from stores who offer installation services. Washer was delivered when Best Buy said it would be, installed, hooked up and old machine taken away. Agent gave instructions to get going.

Very impressed with all the best buy reps. The washer had a dent on the side of the unit, which the delivery men pointed out. Best buy took 175 off the price. i am a best buy customer for life!

Since we have bought this machine, it works well and makes us much happier than before. In terms of quality and price, it was a good choice.

Ive bought plenty of washers and went for fancy ones with lots of buttons or ones with no agitator and ones that were nice to look at but this one so far is the best and easiest to use. I have 5 kids so we do A LOT of laundry and this washer can really handle it. The only problem i might add is that during the spin cycle it can be kinda loud. You can hear the motor, or something like that, turning the clothes. Other than that i love it

I purchased this washing machine approximately 2 months ago. It is a good machine and the clothes come out very clean.

Dude! This washer is beautiful! I like it because it doesn't need that fancy soap. I still can use the standard dry soap, by saving money. The washer is all stainless steel inside. I'm very happy!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I do NOT recommend this washer. It is the worse washer I have ever purchased in my life. Your clothes do not get clean no matter how much bleach, borax, or super-power detergent you use. No matter if you soak. The washer has an agitator, but I believe it must be for show purposes only. It turns, but clothes mostly just swish back and forth. Maybe they are making all the washers not allow much water, but it is barely enough water to even swish around. The limited amount of water combined with the limited agitation is a disaster when it comes to clothes becoming clean. We purchased the additional warranty and had to use it within 90 days of original purchase. The balance was off and before they came to repair it, the washer tried to walk across the room and bang against the wall and the dryer. Unfortunately, the balance was fixed, but the poor cleaning was not. I wish we had returned both the washer and dryer after the first week of use. We assumed it would get better, but it has not. Washing is already a chore. This GE washer doesn't make it any better. I practically have to wash items 2x. Clothes are so dull now. The cycles are long, the spinning is fast, and yet clothes are just as dingy as ever. Bottom line, this aint the GE Washer you grew up with or knew in the 70s, 80s, 90s. Not even close! DO NOT BUY!

This is a great basic washer. The capacity is large so can handle big loads and it gets them done quickly. I'm not a fan of the locking feature (takes a while to unlock the lid if you need to throw one more item in) but it's a good safety feature if you have kids who climb into appliances.

all very well I love my washing machine but I would have liked them to bring it to me with its box and open it here. the boy brought it without a box. but I still like my washing machine.
