Great little washer

They had me waiting for 6 and a half hours without a phone call from best buy. When I call best buy they told me to go into the store with your complaint. Went into the store the store told me to call online. So in a nutshell I never even got and feedback or any type of apology from nobody. I canceled the washer I bought from best buy.

Excellent washer

Delivered with water

When I returned to make the connection two days later water was all over the floor from the washer. Was not aware they put water to test it just before delivering to customer unless it was a used and returned equipment.

The first one had a loose top and squeaked when touched so we had them put it back on the truck and get us another one. It took while but the second one is okay. It works very well.
