    I was originally going to purchase a Samsung combo that was advertised but it was on backorder and the sales guy said that back-ordered items have been pushed back even further due to supply chain issues. The Samsung looked nicer but since this is going to sit in a laundry room off the garage, it didn't really matter if it looked good. The sales guy looked through the inventory to see what was available and in stock, so I got this instead and it was cheaper. It's been working great. It's really quiet as I barely hear it run. The clothes come out clean and it's simple to use as I haven't even read the directions.

    Do not waste your money. No matter what size load I put in it goes off balance. Had someone that GE sent to fix it but it’s still doing the same thing after the so called fix! GE customer service is horrible. I tried setting up a service call two separate times, they tried setting the service call up with a business no longer in business and I’m the one that had to inform them of it-both times!

    I'm disappointed. The old washing machine I had over 3 years ago was better. It was over 10 years old and still working well when it was taken away to the dump.

    Glad to find a washer that still has an agitator and the ability to set your water level. All this eco stuff on appliances is frustrating.

    It's quiet, doesn't shake, spins the clothes drier then previous washer. Handicapped daughter has an easy time using it.
