It has a large tub so more laundry will fit. I don't like the water levels as they are really low. The washer makes a noise as it's washing that is annoying.

Just a great solid not a whole lot of bells and whistles washing machine which is what we wanted. Have had for almost 2 years now and no issues or problems and works great and cleans the clothes!

The washer itself is nice on the outside but when it comes to washing clothes it can be loud. That has taken some time to get used to for us. I also experienced it leaking out a pretty good amount of water after a load was done washing and I was in the process of taking out the clothes to put in the dryer. I thought it turned back on but not exactly sure what happened there. I gave it 3 stars b/c at this point I'm not too crazy about it just yet.

Great washer. Easily fit into small laundry room. Cleans clothes really well. Very quiet during cycles. Pleased with this purchase overall.

This is a nice little washer we bought for our rental unit. We used it once to wash some towels and it did a great job. It is a bit noisy so we are glad it's in the garage rather than in the home for the tenants. We try to purchase all GE products because they back their products and they seem to last longer than others.

If you want a separate cycle for towels and sheets, you need to buy the 14-cycle washer for $90 more. This is a great overall washer, and you could do towels/sheets on the bulky items cycle, but I like having a separate one for those kinds of things. The huge drum fits all my king-size bedding in one load. I've had GE washers and dryers for 20 years, and have never had an issue with one of them.

I bought this washing machine 2 years ag, it was definitely worth it. This washing machine holds alot of clothes and runs great buy it you wont regret it at all trust me.

I like that this washer has water level selections. It has an agitator and its pretty big. My old he engery never got my clothes as clean as this washer.

It is a bit loud but I have gotten used to it over the last month. Perfect size for a family. I can wash my king size blankets with ease. I love it!

This GE washing machine is a great machine. It is quiet, holds LARGE loads as well as small loads, and provides all the cycles I need for washing my clothes. I must commend the "Geek Squad" who delivered and hooked up my machine. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. I am delighted with my new washing machine and the service I received from Best Buy.

Washer will agitate and wash clothes, at the end of the wash cycle the clothes end up all balled up and twisted on one side. Then it starts to spin and it is off balance, makes a horrible noise. It actually walks sideways on the floor, I have never owned a washer in the past 40 years that moved so far when off balance. No matter how you load this machine no matter how the setting are adjusted it will spin off balance 8 out of 10 times. I have never had to babysit a washer before, this is my first. I watched every troubleshooting video and read every troubleshooting info available. I emailed the support department at GE to ask their help, that was 4 weeks ago and I have never gotten an email back. I am returning the washer and trying a whirlpool. Fingers crossed I do better with a different brand. I read the reviews on this washer after I received it, wish I had done that first. Lots of people complaining about that same thing.

I am very pleased with my new GE washer. It is very easy to use and does an excellent job with my clothes. I also wanted to express how pleased I was with the Salesperson, Lee that was so helpful with my purchase.

I am very satisfied with this new washing machine , the price was good .. it has plenty of washing cycles , and the wash time is decent .. S far as people complaining of its noise , I have had many washing machines through out the years and this one is not noisier then the rest .. if you put it in a living area , ( tv ) well of course any machine will disturb you... do not put it there! Mine is in a wash room and with the door closed , no problem ...

I had a version of this washer at the apartment I lived at and really liked it, I believe this one is more of an updated version, simple, works very well and not super overpriced.

The washer is easy to use. I like the features that were available for the price I paid. My one reservation has to do with getting dog hair out of the clothes. I have owned dogs all my life. With the previous washer, if I put in a blanket or something that had more hair than normal, it came out in the wash. Not sure how the hair left the machine, but apparently it did. I had that unit for at least fifteen years. For whatever reason, the machine can't get rid of the hair. It does come out in the dryer, but I just find it unusual. Normal hair is no problem

I have two special needs grandchildren and this washer has so many settings it gets out all of their stains. It is also large enough to hold a King size light comforter and clean it really well.
