The most horrible sound in the world.

However, it is the loudest alert that i have ever heard. If you want a dryer that causes everyone in the house to cover their ears and scream and run over to the dryer and yank open the door to stop the horrible sound, this is the dryer for you. Never run it if someone is sleeping anywhere in the house. You probably should make sure the neighbors arent sleeping too. Im not even kidding. It is a really horrible, jarring, loud and prolonged noise and if you dont open the dryer it will keep doing it.

You may want to make sure the washer is leveled; if it’s becoming unbalanced, that may be adding to the noise level. Each cycle takes at least an hour, and after spinning out, the clothes are still heavy with water. You could wring out more water. Instructions say to then select drain and spin which I have tried doesn’t help My dryer used to dry a load in 40 to 45 minutes. It now takes over 70 to dry a load. Totally gusted with this appliance and wish I could give it back.

I had to have it replaced and I am having that same issue with the replacement. It makes a loud banging noise during the spin cycle. I would not recommend this washer at all. Like how is the replacement doing the same freaking thing?!
